To All Travelers concerned, It was my first time using Cloud Tours. After months of planning and using a local agent which was excellent I had a sudden and unexpected death in my family two days prior to departure. I contacted local agent same day May 28, 2019. Unfortunately after all her efforts Cloud Tours denied any an all assistance for reimbursement of unused hotels. Please keep in mind when you Mother or Father in this case my Mother passes away you have to remember there only two people in the world that create you. This is a very serious event in life. After providing death certificate the company responded by saying Sorry to close to the penalty phase of the trip. I would highly not recommend this company due to immoral and unethical not to mention poor business practice. Very sad this company puts profits above all! read more

I would like to thank Cally and everyone at Cloud tours. My husband and I just returned from Croatia. Cloud tours planned our flight, transportation and our stay at first rate hotels. This travel agency should change it's name from cloud tours to clown tours because from the way I was treated by them was not what you would expect from professionals but from a bunch of clowns. I had obtained an airline ticket from them and when I wanted to change the return date on my ticket, cloud tours refused to do so, giving me a bunch of nonsense over the phone in the rudest manner ranging from "it's too late now to change it" (even though I had a week left until my return date) to "I'm leaving tomorrow for vacation and the airline is closed now to call them up" and telling me "try to do it at the airport." Why would I pay a travel agency to get my ticket if I have to do all the run around when I need to do something like change my return date? Anyway, I tried to do it at the airport and the airline told me that they couldn't change it because it was part of a group package and the travel agency had to do it. The travel agency refused to do it so in short, they basically screwed me and I ended up having to purchase another airline ticket with another return date, which cost me $1150. Do yourself a BIG favor and don't waste your time or money with these people. If you hire a travel agency, make sure that they are there to assist you and not just take your money. read more

Simply put, Cloud Tours ruined my honeymoon to Greece. Their agents are incompetent and rude. I incurred many unnecessary expenses due to their poor advice and "expertise". To make matters worse when I was travelling abroad they were nearly impossible to reach and did not respond to voicemails or e-mails. They cant even get simple things like transfers from hotels to the airport right! I had to arrange my own transportation after their driver failed to show up!! I have appealed the unjust charges to their owner who has not responded in over a month! Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake as me....book through someone else, you wont regret it. read more

My husband and I traveled to Turkey and Greece this past summer and Cloud Tours handled all arrangements including airline transportation, hotels, rental car, guides and private transfers. Our trip was perfect without any problems! Cally and Stephen did their best to insure that our trip was seamless. They arranged for 3 hotels in Turkey as well as 1 in Athens. These hotels were excellent and located in convenient areas of the cities visited. Guides selected in the 3 places visited in Turkey were knowledgeable, friendly and always looking for ways to make our visit more pleasurable and safe. Several private transfers were also arranged to take us to and from airports as well as to visit certain sites. Again these drivers were always on time and competent. Total number of airline flights was seven--one round trip plus 5 local flights. Cloud Tours even arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride in Cappodocia as well as to stay in a beautiful cave hotel there! We will be sure to have Cloud Tours handle our next trip! read more
