There's one reason I'm going to Greece for my honeymoon, and that's A-Passport & Visa Services!! I screwed up just about as badly as one could before international travel, not realizing my passport had expired until Tuesday night before a Friday night flight to Europe. I was shellshocked and resigned to the fact that I would not be going on my trip, would lose thousands of dollars in hotel fees, and have a very unhappy wife all in one giant disaster. But my brother found A-Passport & Visa Services and told me to call first thing on Wednesday morning. From the moment I first spoke to Raheela over the phone, I could tell I was in good hands. She picked up the call on her commute into the office despite them not technically being in "business hours" yet. If she had not done that, I might have missed my window, but she did, immediately alerting me to get to their offices pronto. So I did, and as I was driving in, her customer service was truly elite, getting me started on my paperwork and even offering to have a co-worker sit in my car for me since there was no parking available at the time. From there, the process was seamless (they also took my new passport photo for me in seconds on site), and considering my blunder, I thought the price was very fair and I bought the most expensive package they offer. Money well spent. With their expedited process, they got my foot in the door at the passport agency and my application started by Wednesday evening (after my Wednesday morning sprint to get everything submitted). By Thursday evening, Raheela and the Passport Agency informed me that my passport was approved. I then coordinated a quick meet up with the courier on Friday morning, and had my passport in hand well before my flight on Friday night. I literally cannot believe how FAST this company operated, not to mention they generally seemed motivated to save my honeymoon from a more human standpoint, and they seemed genuinely happy that it all worked out. A-Passport Services treated me like family, kept me informed and at ease, and most importantly GOT THE JOB DONE. I cannot thank them enough, and I hope this review helps someone out there find this company because this is 100% the company you want to use if the situation arises. Above and Beyond! I lost my passport but didn't want to stress on the chance I would not get it in time for an up coming trip. They took my photo, (twice- I didn't like the first one), helped me fill out the forms, and even walked me to the right line in the post office to deliver docs. Absolutely amazing service! Amin and everyone at A-Passport were just terrific in helping us renew our daughter's passport. Her passport was not expired, but it was 2 weeks shy of being valid for at last 6 months from the time of travel to expiration day. Yes, it costs a lot more money to process through an expediter but when the standard processing times at the Post Office are 10-13 weeks, and "expedited" is 7-9 weeks, this is the only way to go. A-Passport offers various turnaround times, so the earlier you can have them process your application and passport, the better. They check all of your paperwork to ensure everything is filled out correctly, and help you amend your documents so no stone is left unturned. A+++++ rating. Cautionary note: Despite the misleading five-star rating, my visa approval was in no way thanks to their assistance. Their misguided advice and incomplete service left my approved visa practically useless. This company not only provided faulty guidance but actively endorsed dishonesty. Despite having a confirmed appointment at a consulate suitable for my destination, they redirected me, urged cancellation, and crafted an itinerary with destinations and dates they claimed would secure approval. All of this came at a hefty $900 fee, primarily for document printing (later incurring an additional $40 for notarization, a task I had to handle independently). When I sought a partial refund for their incomplete service, communication conveniently ceased. Now, I face the frustration of holding an unusable visa, delaying my reunion with family for another year when I had hoped this company would facilitate an easier process to reconnect with family I hadn't seen in nearly a decade. Just adding to response below confirming my opinion unfortunately . All lies. Did not discuss anything until the day before the interview when I came to collect whatever paperwork I have them a week prior which they had not printed prior . I had even offered to get the docs notarized before I come and was told no they can do it there. Furthermore. There was no talk of going January. In fact , there's nothing more for me to say other than show direct proof . These reviews aren't real. I went to this place for visa photos. I was charged $30 for 4 small pictures but was told if I write a positive review I could get them for $25. When I said I would, the lady waited for me to write the review right then and there and checked to see if it was done right in front of me. I told her never mind and paid the full $30. Why would I give a positive review for a 30 second photo. I found that this place also helps with visas. I have a belief, how you do one thing is how you do everything. read more
