My favourite vape store in town! The people who work here are so friendly and helpful. I have shopped at other vape stores who are always too cool for their customers and end up closing a couple months later because of their lack of service, so Clouds is the only vape store I shop at now. Parking can be a little tricky, so try to come during non-rush hour so you can park outside. Their selection of juice and devices are great and there is always something new to try. They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also. read more

Been trying to figure out why i always cough when i tried vaping. Been to a ton of vape shops. The owner and his staff explained to me that I needed to match the voltage with the vape device, the coil and the strength of salt nic to make it work. at last I have a vape that works for me . They even offered to let me return the coils if they were not the right fit. Now I can use vaping to reduce my nicotine intake step by step to eventually quit. These guys rock. read more

I'm not sure if I go on off days or what, but I won't be going back to this boutique. The store is beautiful and they seem to have a lot of great stuff - I've purchased juice and a kangertech tank here, but not because of any helpful customer service. The first time I visited, I was ignored until I awkwardly left while the guys behind the counter hovered around the tasting station and made small talk with others. The second time, when I was looking for a new tank, the rep behind the counter made a few vague suggestions before walking away from me. I ended up getting advice and help from a customer at the tasting bar, who, to his credit, was a nice dude and helped me a lot. The rep only came back when I was ready to pay and didn't seem any more interested in helping when I asked some other follow up questions. Nice spot and others seem to really like it. I'm newer to vaping and I would not recommend this place to anyone just starting out. The reps definitely gave the impression I was interrupting their conversations with their friends when I needed help and came across as irritated that I had questions. Thanks, other customer guy! BRAAA THIS STORE IS JUST DOPEEE. Went this afternoon today and got my new bb vape. As most of the reviews have already talked about the staff were just all friendly and chill and all like experts on their stuff. A guy was patience enough to introduce me from how big of clouds can which type of vape produce to what kind of juice is better for your lungs and do less harm to them. Lastly he did some vape tricks like blowing super big circles and did a tornado trick on table. Faris explained everything from the differences between the different models to the many variations of liquids, flavours and nicotine levels. Having smoked cigarettes for 8 years I finally decided to make the switch. This place was a 5 minute bus ride from the gym and the reviews looked good so I checked it out. I walked in and was greeted by some very kind staff. I bought my first kit and I've been enjoying it daily ever since. They will get you set up and walking out of the shop blowing clouds (sick clouds brah). Prices are a little high but I'm happy to pay a premium for good service. The gentleman helping me get set up was super knowledgeable and warned me of a common problem for my vape and would be happy to fix it (Kangertech Topbox mini), and I came back 3 weeks later and fixed it for me no problem. They have my favourite brand of juice I can't seem to find anywhere as it is sold out everywhere else I've looked. The place can get pretty busy at times so plan ahead. Thanks guys! read more

Fantastic customer service. I've been vaping to quit smoking, and wander in every week or two to buy some more liquid or coils, usually spending about $20. Despite being a casual customer, every time I've visited Clouds I'm treated as though I'm there to drop $500 on some bewilderingly complex vaping device. It's rare to find such knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful staff at any type of business. There are three or four e-cigarette establishments between my place and Clouds and I walk past them all to go here. That's what excellent service will do. Fair prices and a great selection of liquids etc. too, and seems to be popular with the hardcore vaping types. Highly recommended. read more

Was on a short vacation in Vancouver from Calgary. I was looking for a local vape shop to get some more juice and upgrade my setup. I googled around and found this vape shop close to where I was staying. Went inside and was greeted immediately. The employees have extensive knowledge about the products they sell. I ended up picking a Aspire Atlantis and a 30w Eleaf. Which I have now updraded to another setup. Although having said that. Amazing shop, very friendly. Tasters are amazing. I've stopped in here a few times now. The staff is a happy group of people. Everyone is friendly and up to chat. I have been in there when they were super packed and busy. I didn't have to wait for service, they work well to accommodate everyone. The juice bar has a lively line up with some leading U.S. Brand juices which is awesome! Been to most vape shops and this shop gives you the best customer service and shopping experience in vancouver. They are very friendly and non judgemental, they answer all your questions patiently as well. To be honest, they don't have the biggest selection of hardware and juice, but by all means it does not mean it's small or you can't find what your looking for. It is more than enough.
