First and foremost this vape shop goes beyond juice and coils. The knowledge and training I received from the staff really impressed me. I was heading to work in Richmond and forgot to bring some e-juice. I decided to check on Yelp if there were any vape shops in the area. I came across Lucky 8 Vapes and decided to check them out. When I first walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The employees there were very helpful. One of them asked what kind of juice I liked and he pointed out which flavours they carried that were along my tastes. I ended up buying a few juices from them. What's also nice that Lucky 8 Vapes offers is a rewards program. This is the first vape shop that I've been to that does this. Been back to Richmond's BEST Vape Store a bunch of time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Their selection of juice is always growing. From local Canadian companies, to popular American one. DSV Creation, Sticky E-juice, Space Jam, Cosmic Fog, Vango and Alpha and Omega to name a few. And you can always tryout juice before you buy. Tues and Thurs between 4pm-6pm, is Lucky Hour! They offer juice at a reduced price during that time. That's one of my favorite days to go, just to hang and meet different people who enjoy vaping. Also they have a loyalty rewards program. You get points for every dollar you spend. That you can redeem for free juice or save up for a $100 store credit. I have passed on the free juice and I"m almost at the $50 credit. I am so glad Lucky 8 vapes opened near No.3 Road. I literally live 6 minutes away from there (and the mall) and it's just so convenient when I run out of juice and want to pick up right away. When I first visited around August, the place wasn't as booming as it was. Overtime, they've listened to customer suggestions and started carrying more and more product, pushing themselves to the limit. They carry Space Jam, Clouds of Hope, and Taste juices from California, which is a plus for me since I enjoy my American Vapes (haha). If you're looking to "Chuck the clouds," the Filipino associate helped me pick out a solid copper mod that produces a lot of vapor. Although I've been to a couple of vape shops in the Lower Mainland, Lucky 8 Vapes seriously beats the competition by far. I find that other shops that I've visited in the past are quite intimidating to go to (does anyone else have this issue as a female?). That's why it's important to me that the employees are friendly, genuine, and are very knowledgable on the products that they offer. They were really patient with me, and let me tried different products to see which one I like, and which one is best for me.
