The technician came out said the gate was locked however the contractor was a code for the gate lock. He called me on his phone on his personal cell phone. I do not know him so I don't know who calling. He could have left a message on my door asking me to call them. They said they called me from the office also but there is no voicemail to that effect. I called and left a message for the owner seeing if we could work out a deal the office called me back and said because they made those two calls I don't get my service which I paid for in advance.
