I had time to spare so I did as he suggested. One of the vapes worked no problem there the second one did not work. It seemed that the battery or charge mechanism defective. The clerk asked to see the item and wanted to charge it. I said sure he charged it for about a minute and it still did not work. I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. What he did is illegal.the people behind me said this clerk is like that, difficult and give people a hard time. I asked for a receipt and I left once I got that. all I request is a refund or exchange for an item of equal value because what he committed was THEFT! There may not have been a sign posted so I am saying it here : BUYER BEWARE

I've had two successful repairs to glass in the past at this location…read more I brought one of the same pieces for another repair that I was unsure could even be performed. They says they would try, and would call me if the repair was not possible. A few days later I was called and told the repair wasn't possible. Unfortunately, in the process to heat the glass for pre-cleaning, the piece cracked. The owner personally came out to explain what happened, and offered me anything in their store that was comparable to the cost of the repair. As it turned out, I noticed this location has a selection of products priced at 50% off. I asked about them, and they clarified their were fully functional, just cosmetically imperfect. I saw a piece that I actually noticed when I first dropped of my piece for repair, and noticed it was in the 50% off selection. I asked about it, and they pointed out the most insignificant defects that are only noticeable to the true glass enthusiast. I asked if I could take it, and the owner didn't even charge me for the downstem or bowl piece. I left with a piece I was happier with, for just a few bucks more Service: 5 stars Quality: 5 stars Selection: 5 stars Pricing: Competitive Check out their 50% off selection. And past repairs were perfect. They give repair discounts to pieces with their brand name--(AMG).

We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.
