Oonaghs cooking classes are delivered in a very accessible way - no fuss or tom foolery - she is the real deal. I heard someone locally refer to her food as "Like a high class Avoca, only better...." ... and I can only but agree! The kitchen itself is custom built with the biggest island I have ever seen! I learned a huge amount from her in a very short space of time and am looking forward to going back again to learn new tricks and stretch my foodie skills a bit more! Highly recommended as a treat to yourself, or a place to go with a group of mates (Hen parties anyone? ... oh dear....)

The landlady is so nice that it's such a shame that the place is such a low standard. The breakfast was average. The bathroom was clean. But it's impossible to consider €70 per night good value to sleep under floral bedspreads surrounded by dust and dirt. I will not be returning or recommending to a friend.

We received a copy of the recipes, and we took notes during class. Her dog Coco is adorable! I highly recommend taking a class from Kate!
