Dropped off 5/11 Told Dave hose was leaking, power steering didn't work 5/13 at end of day , 430, Dave answered saying he had my number down wrong, He stated we have to change the power steering pump, it's shot, and the back brakes need rotors. quote was $774 he didn't know when he could get it done tomorrow was booked and Friday wasn't looking good said it would be done by the beginning of next week. 5 more days, Wed 5-20, almost EOD, 3pm, I called again, Jason answered, "just wanted to get an update on my van", he stated it would be done by end of today, I said ok cool so it will be and he said yeah I had a couple give me trouble but I should have it done by end of day or tomorrow, I said, well is it today end of today or tomorrow because if it's going to keep going I need to figure something out. He immediately raised his voice and began to yell, well I can't help it, we got to work it in, you can just come get it and hung up. Then when I asked you to cal Dad called, it was the same answers. 5-21-2026 Called EOD 430pm, told again be tomorrow. 5-22-2026 2pm, van was done. Informed the total was 1000 to avoid confrontation, asked dad to ask why 200 more, before I could even finish, Jason spoke up said because we had to replace the hose too, I said no that was in the first estimate I told Dave it needed that he added a pump and rotors to the hose and pads. Again being rude and unprofessional, said well we didn't know it needed until we took off, rather than repeat myself n argue with ignorance, I walked out n let my dad finish up the transaction. As me n my fiancee got in our vehicle, we noticed our trash had been gotten into by either a wild animal, their pet shop cat, was holes made in the bag n trash and crumbs scattered, picture enclosed.

They could have tried to sell me an engine but instead they told my that my son's KIA had a lot of issues with the engines and before they did any work I should check with Kia. I'm happy to say that KIA did have a recall on my son's model and are putting in a new engine free of charge. I would not have known that had it not been for the honesty of Main Street!! I will not go anywhere else! EVER!!

"Parts aren't here, we don't have the people who can work on this, now it won't turn on." It's a Chevrolet, not a Jaguar. They stole a $250 tent out of the trunk. After 5 months I kept pushing and asked "What parts are you waiting on?" They couldn't get a headlight. I went online and ordered a headlight. Had it delivered and walked it into their office 3 days later. They inflated the bill to insurance from original estimate of $7k to over $11k because they couldn't find a competent technician. Avoid!

She could never give me any information. I have to say I've had much better experience and pricing at Vern's or Law Automotive.
