One item was the Bamboo Orchid, which is just beautiful! There are also other plants I have never seen - of course, they were a little pricey, but I am definitely going back once a month and treating myself to those items. And when I say pricey I mean $90 - $100. I'm a tightwad and hate to spend money on myself but there are some pretty fabulous plants here - I totally recommend at least trying it out. The lady working there was very helpful and even went and looked something up to provide me with more info. She didn't have to do that so that was really cool of her. Thank you! O'Connell's is now on MY once a month "treat" shopping list, though I'm sure it will be more. And this place is going on my Christmas List. I read that the owner is very helpful - look forward to meeting him someday. Now if I could only find those large plant signs they use to describe the plants. I want to do the same in my garden.

They were hired to fix and paver patio that was sinking around the edge. They were also hired to clean, add sand and replace a couple pavers that had rust spot. He arrived with nothing to clean pavers and nothing to cut pavers for the replacements. After sealing there was an area that wasn't sealed and the sand was loose and washing out of the crack. After calling the owner for this simple fix. He ghosted me like he doesn't care about his customers. The only positive was the sinking pavers were fixed.

Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude.
