Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and amazing time. I rode a horse name 33. I went over to the cookie and creme colored one but this girl behind me said that someone told her she had to ride it cause it was accustomed for larger ppl. This was her words not mine. So I went over to 33 this horse chose me it let me climb up and it was giving me head bops, smiling, rubbed its head on my shoulder, and we had a wonderful ride, the tour guide was a young educated blk male his name started with a J I think he rode this younger horse and he is really knowledgeable and really loves the horses. That's great to see people passionate and love animals. I had a great experience and I highly recommend. These people really have a great business and they really deserve nothing but blessings and I hope to continue to support. I will let everyone know to go support them.

Great horseback riding adventure. Christian, our guide, was great and very patient, professional with ever. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outdoor event. They have ATV riding too.

I've visited Cloverland Ranch on multiple occasions and every time they always provide a great experience! The first time I rented the ranch for my millennial professional group (Atlanta Soulcial on IG) and we did a picnic and horse ride package! The second time I rode ATV's and this was such an adrenaline rush satisfier! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for something fun to do near Atlanta. We had a great time . The instructors was awesome went over and beyond. Plan on returning for the horse back ride . Wanted to give 5 stars , ?? , but the owners daughter was a little boss and immature. ( in my opinion). When the guys was trying to take pictures. And help us get our pictures, from the air drop . She rush us out . I wanted to tell her to calm down. But again I can tell she was young . ( and act exactly like the stereotype). Social media is a big part of parks and events now. So hopefully tell have a better plan of action on that part of the experience

My friend and I went horseback riding from a Groupon we found. They also have ATVs - I will definitely return to do that one day. It was super fun! The lady owner was present - very nice. The workers were very nice and friendly. The animals behaved well. My horse was Lady. We were given brief instructions on the dos and don'ts. The ride was 1 hr long. Some areas need a little more trimming of tree limbs. Some areas allowed for trotting. The horses responded well to the reins and commands. Definitely wear comfortable clothing. They took pictures too and the end for you.

I took my fiancé to Cloverland Ranch for his birthday. Everything went exceptionally well I had to visit twice in one weekend went ATV riding. I was nervous at first but we had a guided tour the entire time. It was so much fun. The staff is very professional, friendly and patient the staff had me out feeling like I was a professional ATV rider me and my family most definitely will be going back again.

    ATV EXTREME ATL

We celebrated our son's 23rd birthday at ATVEXTREMEATL today and had a blast! Extremely well organized, excellent customer service, and a fabulous friendly staff!! Deja and Shun were THE BEST at leading us through the MUDDY trails, bumps, dips and drifting. At the end of the hour they include photos of your experience! GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was extremely excited to go ATVing this past Saturday. While following the instructor on my ATV, my right front tire blew, lost control of the ATV, and I ran square into a tree. The rim was bent as well. My friend was riding behind me and saw the tire blow before the crash. The owner and I discussed the situation for about an hour, and "met me in the middle" and had me pay $115 for the rim. They "had witnesses" to the accident, even though we were in the woods. The owner was adamant that I caused damage to the rim myself, and I lost control and ran into the tree. About 5-6 employees were watching my friend, myself, and the owner talk. They were rolling their eyes, making whispering comments to each other. It was uncomfortable. I paid so I could get out of there. I asked if there was a place to change clothes since we were covered in mud. We weren't accommodated by a real bathroom, but with a porta potty, despite there being 2 large wooden houses on the property. I opened my car door and changed outside. I was a little shocked by these accommodations since we paid $160 to ride. I then went to the desk and handed my credit card to pay for the bent rim and asked them to provide me with a receipt. The employee stated that they don't give out receipts and instead would have a description of what I was paying for under my credit card bill..... which I knew would not happen. After going back and forth with her she finally took a picture of the transaction with my phone on her computer. No real receipt. My credit card bill just said "ATV extreme ATL" for $115, no description of what it was for. What was the most upsetting thing is that after I ran into the tree, none of the employees checked to see if I was okay. Not one of them, including the owner or instructor I was riding with, asked "are you ok? Are you hurt?" I whiplashed when I hit the tree. I'm an RN, so I'm not one to complain about injuries but I've been very sore since the accident. Also, before signing up, please read through the waiver. My friend and I looked at it afterwards and were very surprised by the situations cloverland stated they would not be liable for.... Including reptiles attacking us? I never post reviews because I've thankfully never had problems with companies/ been treated badly to this extent..... until this one.

Fast and furious a great ride for those looking for some thrill.

This was a great experience for me and my girl. My boa potbelly D put on a great experience but need to get a loud mic for the guides. Group couldn't hear what we going on. It will really amp up the drill and thrill type vibes.

Very unsafe! We should've gone with our gut and canceled…read morethe ride when one of the horses started to become unruly while we were mounting. We were a party of four. When we mounted the horses, my son's horse, by the name of 'Three,' tried to bite my daughter's leg who was on the horse, 'Bella.' Then 'Three' tried to bite Bella's neck. Our young guide then put a muzzle on all of the horses. We proceeded to the trail - my horse 'Vinny' kept trying to walk off to the side of the trail, in the bushes. I was then told by the guide that Vinny did not like mud and was trying to avoid walking through the mud. For the record, it had just rained that morning. If Vinny did not like mud, why did they allow him to be out on the trail? Needless to say, Vinny was not happy and took off running through the trees, threw me, knocked me unconscious. I was attended to by the ambulance, then emergency room. I have been struggling since, as I recover from a concussion and whiplash (neck and back). Been out of work for almost a month. Not once have I received a correspondence from the Serenbe Inn to see how I was doing, or apologize for the actions of their horse. I also noticed the next day my credit card was charged the full amount. Dangerous - They do not care about the riders. My son mentioned that after the horse threw me and while I was on the ground unconscious, the horse was stomping all around me. As my son was running towards me, from a distance he thought I was being stomped by the horse. Fortunately, not. BE CAREFUL! Serenbe Inn, I was really surprised by the lack of customer service and customer care. No call - No email - No apology - NO CARE!

They are usually closed to the public except for these events. They had a ton of volunteers wearing matching vests which was really helpful. You parked on a residential street and got to walk through the conservancy and look at horses in the field. Then came the fun part. Kids 4 and up could ride on a pony for $5. They did 2 huge round a outs in the corral. You sign a waiver, learn about the conservancy via a waiver, and wait in line to ride the horse. In the meantime they teamed up with DH high (I think) what was selling chicken biscuits and snacks as well as doing face painting. They had 7 horses in the corral that kids were riding in. We are not talking tiny little things either. They were huge! Afterwards, you got to walk by the area at that the horses stay in and could read about them and see any awards the won. They also had free arts and crafts projects setup like making horse puppets. They offer riding lessons, but I didn't tell my kids because I am nervous that they will want a horse.

We went to the office and were met by the RUDEST person I have encountered in a long time and it turned out that she, Tamara, is the barn manager. Unbelievable to be treated in such a harsh and unfriendly manner, in front of my 7 year old daughter, at a COUNTY PARK. I am a DeKalb Co resident so my tax money is paying for this kind of behavior. I worry what the horses themselves must experience as well as her staff and anyone else who has to deal with her. A personality like that should not be in the position of dealing with the public. Came across a couple of horseback riding places. That's been on my bucket list but leaped up a few spots after seeing the movie, Nope, lol. The other horse back riding spot was closer to my mama's home and cheaper but South Side Riders is Black-owned and operated so, no contest! I scheduled a ride for me and mama. The day we were scheduled to ride, it rained. We'd gotten a call from SSR to let us know that our ride would be rescheduled because of the inclement weather. Do you know what the lady said? She said, it's raining, it makes the trail slippery, "and the horses don't like it." That's bringing me to tears now as it did then! That told me so much about these beautiful people running this place. They put the horses first!!!!! They put the horses concerns first!!! I fell in LOVE with South Side Riders when she said that! A couple of days later, we'd arrived at SSR for our trail ride. We were greeted by the beautiful couple who runs the place. The vibe was cool, friendly and they put my mom and I, who have no experience riding horses, very much at ease. I saw the horses and got giddy. They're all so beautiful, calm and sweet and you can tell they're well taken care of. The two horses that my mother and I rode seemed to have a bond. It was precious watching them interact. This was my first time on a horse. They provided a step ladder to help me get up. I appreciated that. Before hitting the actual trail, they let us go around in the enclosed area where we mounted the horses. They gave us driving instructions... That's what it felt like, a driving lesson, lol. How to steer right, left, stop, go.... All very necessary and appreciated. They made sure moms and I were comfortable before we got started. The trail ride itself was so lovely. I was nervous but that didn't last long. Before I knew it, I was relaxed and wishing I was rich so I could stay and ride all day. I talk to animals like they're human, so at one point, I'm thanking the horse for taking it easy with me as it's my first time riding. And he neighs. Like, he understood every word I'd said, and he responded. A similar interaction was probably the inspiration for the TV show, Mr. Ed. So now we're having a full-on conversation and...just thinking about it is making my heart smile. Again. When the ride was over, I skipped my giddy, animal loving self over to the petting zoo while moms waited in the car. I didn't wanna leave! The babies are so cute and sweet. The donkeys...what's their I.Q.? I'm asking because they seem quite intelligent. Whenever I visit moms, I will definitely stop by South Side for a trail ride!

We were able to feed ans visit with horses, Goats (interesting story about how so many came to be there), the Alpacas and Llamas, Chickens, Ducks and Rabbits. Free range chicken amd roosters. All the animals are well mannered and I didn't feel threatened by them at all. We were told that the farm had 2 airbnbs - 1 was a dome and the other a cottage, pool access. Archery. They offer summer camps and equestrian classes too. After the farm tour we did the 15 min trail ride on the horses. Helmets provided. The workers guide the horses so no experience is needed and they have a pony for toddlers. They have a platform to help with mounting and discounting the horse. Plus the staff help too. My kids had a blast! So did I! I would definitely recommend it for a family day getaway.
