My group recently visited ATV Extreme ATL for an ATV experience, and overall, the ride itself was enjoyable. Danny, Nick, and Patience were all extremely helpful, patient, and understanding, especially since many of us were first-time ATV riders. Their pleasant attitudes and willingness to assist truly made a positive difference in our experience, and we appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, our interaction with the female owner significantly impacted the overall customer experience. We fully understand that, as a business owner, protecting your equipment and enforcing liability policies is important. However, customers also have the right to ask reasonable questions to protect themselves and fully understand the terms they are agreeing to. During the group discussion about liability, the owner asked if anyone had questions. I respectfully asked whether the business had procedures in place to ensure customers were not being given damaged equipment before rides began. Considering the heavy emphasis placed on customers being financially responsible for damages, I felt this was a fair and reasonable question. Instead of answering professionally, the owner responded dismissively by saying, "This is a business," followed by asking if I was "okay." I calmly responded that I was fine and believed we were simply having a discussion. Unfortunately, from that point forward, the conversation became uncomfortable. My question was never answered, the discussion was abruptly ended, and it felt as though personal feelings were allowed to interfere with professionalism. At no point was I rude, disrespectful, or confrontational. I simply asked a question that was important to me as a paying customer. Customers should never feel uncomfortable for asking reasonable questions regarding liability, especially when those concerns directly affect them financially. Excellent customer service matters just as much as the experience itself. While the staff members mentioned earlier were wonderful, I hope the owner learns that uncomfortable questions are not personal attacks -- they are simply part of doing business and ensuring customers feel informed, respected, and valued. read more

My husband and I were in Atlanta and in the mood to ride ATVs. We picked the perfect Saturday and time because there were no other riders during our ATV tour. Our tour guide Nick was awesome and we had a really good time. I knocked off a star because a few days after our visit someone from the business contacted my husband about a bad review. My husband doesn't do reviews. If the business would have done minimal research, such as looking at the actual name of the reviewer it was clear that it wasn't the same person. Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and amazing time. I rode a horse name 33. I went over to the cookie and creme colored one but this girl behind me said that someone told her she had to ride it cause it was accustomed for larger ppl. This was her words not mine. So I went over to 33 this horse chose me it let me climb up and it was giving me head bops, smiling, rubbed its head on my shoulder, and we had a wonderful ride, the tour guide was a young educated blk male his name started with a J I think he rode this younger horse and he is really knowledgeable and really loves the horses. That's great to see people passionate and love animals. I had a great experience and I highly recommend. These people really have a great business and they really deserve nothing but blessings and I hope to continue to support. I will let everyone know to go support them. read more

This was my very first time riding a horse, and overall, it was a memorable experience. My horse, Lady, was incredibly gentle, which made me feel at ease right away. The course was a bit slippery due to rain, but the horses handled it like seasoned pros. I really appreciated that everything went smoothly for a first-timer like me. A special shoutout to Kay-Kay, who gave clear and helpful instructions and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her guidance made a big difference. We arrived early for our 10 AM ride, and I definitely don't recommend showing up late--they are very strict about starting on time, so plan ahead. While I personally enjoyed the guided tour, I did feel like there could be some improvements. No one asked for feedback, but if they had, I'd suggest offering an alternative or more challenging course for experienced riders. My husband, who has ridden before, found the trail a little boring and too basic for his skill level. Great for beginners, but if you're a seasoned rider, it might not be quite as exciting. I've visited Cloverland Ranch on multiple occasions and every time they always provide a great experience! The first time I rented the ranch for my millennial professional group (Atlanta Soulcial on IG) and we did a picnic and horse ride package! My friend and I went horseback riding from a Groupon we found. They also have ATVs - I will definitely return to do that one day. It was super fun! The lady owner was present - very nice. The workers were very nice and friendly. The animals behaved well. My horse was Lady. We were given brief instructions on the dos and don'ts. The ride was 1 hr long. Some areas need a little more trimming of tree limbs. Some areas allowed for trotting. The horses responded well to the reins and commands. Definitely wear comfortable clothing. They took pictures too and the end for you. read more

I was nervous at first but we had a guided tour the entire time. It was so much fun. My friend and I went for the atv guided tour. Our guide was Nick and he did an awesome job. Only complaint/suggestion would be to split up the groups with experienced riders and newbies. We spent the majority of or hour sitting waiting for Nick to go back and get other riders that didn't know what they were doing. When we were moving we were riding slow since they moved the experienced riders to the back of the pack. All and all I will be back hopefully with the changes or at least a full group of experienced riders so we can get our monies worth. read more

I was extremely excited to go ATVing this past Saturday. While following the instructor on my ATV, my right front tire blew, lost control of the ATV, and I ran square into a tree. The rim was bent as well. My friend was riding behind me and saw the tire blow before the crash. The owner and I discussed the situation for about an hour, and "met me in the middle" and had me pay $115 for the rim. They "had witnesses" to the accident, even though we were in the woods. The owner was adamant that I caused damage to the rim myself, and I lost control and ran into the tree. About 5-6 employees were watching my friend, myself, and the owner talk. They were rolling their eyes, making whispering comments to each other. It was uncomfortable. I paid so I could get out of there. I asked if there was a place to change clothes since we were covered in mud. We weren't accommodated by a real bathroom, but with a porta potty, despite there being 2 large wooden houses on the property. I opened my car door and changed outside. I was a little shocked by these accommodations since we paid $160 to ride. I then went to the desk and handed my credit card to pay for the bent rim and asked them to provide me with a receipt. The employee stated that they don't give out receipts and instead would have a description of what I was paying for under my credit card bill..... which I knew would not happen. After going back and forth with her she finally took a picture of the transaction with my phone on her computer. No real receipt. My credit card bill just said "ATV extreme ATL" for $115, no description of what it was for. What was the most upsetting thing is that after I ran into the tree, none of the employees checked to see if I was okay. Not one of them, including the owner or instructor I was riding with, asked "are you ok? Are you hurt?" I whiplashed when I hit the tree. I'm an RN, so I'm not one to complain about injuries but I've been very sore since the accident. Also, before signing up, please read through the waiver. My friend and I looked at it afterwards and were very surprised by the situations cloverland stated they would not be liable for.... Including reptiles attacking us? I never post reviews because I've thankfully never had problems with companies/ been treated badly to this extent..... until this one. read more

I wanted to do something fun for my 50th birthday, so I decided to invite my family & friends to Cloverland Ranch. The process was smooth & they run a top ship operation. The price was $150 for a single ATV; which is excellent considering other places want a $2k deposit for possible damage to their ATV's and they are located off the street I live on! So they are 5 minutes away & their customer service is awesome with the exception of one young girl at the table under the blue tent that had an attitude (it's always that one person). I think she was ready to leave but either way she was not messing up my birthday! Dee was our guide/instructor & he was the bomb.com! I would have never guessed he's been there 3 weeks! Traveled from NY for this ATV experience for my son's 16th bday, party of 6. Cake was melting and asked if they had some way to refrigerate, staff looked at me like I was crazy for even asking. We were having a good time, noticed the ATV tire looked like it was losing air that my daughter was driving. Before I could get anyone's attention, her ATV shut completely down. Mind you this is a guided tour so drivers can't veer off. Staff rushed us away from the broke down ATV and took my daughter back to area where we started. Drove over to staff and asked for another ATV for my daughter as we still had a half hour left. The staff stated, no she hit a tree and damaged the ATV. I told her that is untrue and I had recorded the whole thing. Then observed staff calling each other relaying I had recorded on my phone. Owner came over and said my daughter hit a tree, popped the tire and broke the axel. I told the owner this did not happen and tried to show her the recording. She became disrespectful. I had my BF go to the ATV to take photos with the owner. He discovered that the axel was not damaged and there was an issue with the drive shift which is something my daughter could not be liable for. Having been caught in a scheme to get money the owner said, "I will let this go", not an apology! By the time they came back my nephews (who just wanted to leave at this point) paid for the "damage". First they said it was $220 and then did "us" a favor and charged $150. Meanwhile I was on the phone with the police for assistance. I thought for sure we aren't first victims as it looked like the entire crew (family) were down with the operation to set customers up and the police most likely have been dispatched many times. Instead the boss met the police at the top of the driveway and by time I got there were laughing together. The officer didn't ask me what happened, just asked "why am I here, why did you pay for something you didn't do". Tried to explain that my nephew paid unbeknownst that the owner already admitted that my daughter didn't hit a tree nor broke an axel and she wasn't going to pursue collecting $ or that I had called the police for assist. Owner would not make good on her word and refund the money. Officer cut me off and it was clear that I was not going to get any support so we left. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE FOR HANDICAPPED/DISABLED/ELDERLY PERSONS. My 1st visit here was fair. There was No Visible Sign outside of the street location. This caused confusion for me and my fellow riders. I eventually had to ask a neighbor who said he was tired of being interrupted by lost Cloverland customers. Parking was awful and cramped. This could have been tolerable if a staff member had been assigned to direct traffic. Another new customer eventually yelled out their parking recommendations. My next encounter was with a cute kitten who approached my car and vomited just steps away. The verbal instuctor was very knowedgeable but reacted dismissively to my few questions & those of another customer who mentioned she had a learning disability and needed reassurance. My major disappoinment came when I was told there was no fixed platform to step up on for children, short persons, nor persons with mobility issues, such as myself. After expressing my specific need & reason for contact guarding assistance, I was given an unsteady step stool and was. I asked for an adult staffmember to further assist me. The instructor frowned then sent over a new small-statured highschool female volunteer. I asked again for an experienced adult only to be sent a 2nd similar teenager! Later, I basically fended for myself in dismounting my horse too! It was scary, startling, unsafe, & painful because I was denied the stepstool , "due to safety reasons "REALLY?!! The friendly sweet little teenagers were ill-equipped to help with customer support. However, they were excellent in guiding the horses, knowing the trail, and wearing walkie talkies. I did tip one of the boys for taking a few pics and videos during my ride. I have 2 scores for this birthday adventure. I give my healthy-looking, well-trained, and intelligent horse 5 stars for giving me a peaceful ride. I give Cloverland Ranch 1 star. I strongly suggest that this company develop welcoming customer service practices, have at least 1 adult experienced staff helper on hand, and an obviously visible entrance! I love horseback riding and am actively seeking out a different ranch with a positive fun atmosphere. Good luck! read more
