By far my favorite stay I've had anywhere! The pictures don't do these suites justice. We stayed in…read moreSuite D and was beyond satisfied with the mere appearance of the place. Walking in you automatically feel like it's a home away from home. There's plenty of space and well furnished and the simple decorations give it that homey feeling. We lacked nothing while we stayed here. Amanda, the staff member that helped us with our stay, was amazingly hospitable and more than willing to accommodate any of our needs. It's also very well maintained. Their cleanliness standards are superb; we were extremely happy with that. If you have an opportunity to stay here, it would be a mistake if you passed it up. It's a beautiful little cabin with a great staff; not much more I could ask for.

But we ended up buying and that's when we met Jamie. He mentioned this to us and we're glad we stayed at this place. PCS-ing in the middle of pandemic made our move tremendously difficult. Staying here was the best decision we made. It was blissful. Jamie, Butch, Amanda, and their cleaning crew were wonderful people. The place has parking space for staying guest, and it's gated. I didn't have to worry when my little one was outside playing. With its location being a minute from Skibo getting around was a breeze. It's a strip that has a lot of restaurant and main stores. Target is less than 5 minutes except on a busy times. Kudos with their clean team as they are so flexible with reasonable time call or texting ahead of time. The unit we are in has small kitchen; freestanding electric range, large fridge and dishwasher. It also has basic kitchen materials, like couple pans, baking sheets, glasses and utensils. Perfect for small family transitioning like us. The laundromat which is in Cliffdale is just 5 minutes away. It's a home away from home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for longer stay. For me, it's being able to be comfortable and cook fresh food everyday is the best feeling I can't trade of. Nope- I'm not paid to write this. I'm helping you to have an option for your next trip here in North Carolina.

So SIL kindly booked a room for me to stay here, away from the chaos ;) Such a nice place! Kirby checked me in and was delightful. The lobby (as everywhere else I wandered) was clean and well-appointed. SIL booked using his points, and Kirby immediately changed everything to my name so that I wouldn't have any difficulties - in case I lost a key! My room was on the 1st floor, and as I looked at it I began to wonder if many/all of the rooms here are ADA. There were grab bars in the bathroom as well as fold-down seats in the shower. Speaking of shower though, that was my one disappointment. (My new thing: not a complaint? Minor, it's a disappointment.) The pressure was pretty low. And worse, the heat was inconsistent. I set it to my comfortably hot temp and after about 2 minutes, it grew tepid. So I bumped up the heat and in 2 minutes it was nearly scalding! I went back and forth for a while and finally settled on a temp that wasn't really as hot as I'd like, but didn't cool down enough to make me grimace. I enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the installed dispensers. The bed was extremely comortable. I'm glad they use coffeemakers with little pods instead of k-cup style (no plastic waste, yay!) The coffee was pretty good, too. The free breakfast was predictable: lots of carbs like muffins, cereals, bagels, toast, and a wafflemaker. But the scrambled eggs (from powder?) were decent, as was the bacon and sausage patty. There were hard-boiled eggs, too. Juices, milk and some fruits were also on offer. There were airpots of coffee and decaf, with a choice of half & half, plain and flavored, the usual sweeteners and maybe some tea? I didn't look carefully. I didn't interact with any staff except during checkin & checkout, but other folx I passed in the halls were friendly. All in all, this is one of the nicest Fairfield hotels I've ever stayed in. I was impressed! Oh, PS- I've been in many hotels in a "non-smoking" room but as I'm really sensitive, could smell the odor of stale smoke permeating the furniture and walls. This room was pristine!!

Surely there must be a protocol where cleaning staff report broken wall plates (or anything else) to maintenance and it's addressed immediately. No tangible benefit or even acknowledgment of elite Marriott status with my stay. This sounds a bit pretentious but with over 500 lifetime night stays at Marriott why choose a Marriott property over a competitor at this point? Many Marriott properties have put together very thoughtful elite status packages upon check in or even had complimentary waters in our room. Nothing here. 3 Up....3 Down 1. Staff was friendly 2. Free parking 3. Comfortable bed 1. No USB ports in room, just electrical outlets 2. No bottled water available in rooms 3. The all too familiar 'stray hair' in the tub and frayed threads on the towels.

This location is very convenient as it's just off of I-95 so makes it easy to get off as well as get back on. There are a couple of gas stations, a Starbucks, and a couple of chain fast food restaurants in the location if you're just doing a quick stop over. It's only about a 10 minute drive to downtown Fayetteville. They do have meeting convention space The rooms are comfortable, although they are in desperate need of updating. The yellow paint on the walls, the dark furniture, definitely hail it to the early 90s for theme and decor.

Somehow when they did this. They neglected to refund our $40 for the incidental fee. We didn't break a thing All we did was slept in the beds and left early the next morning. During my stay, I have encountered several concerning issues. On one occasion, housekeeping left my room door ajar with the deadbolt engaged. When I reported this to the front desk, the response I received was very nonchalant. I was told that maintenance had been in the room, which was not true. Leaving a guest's room unsecured is a serious safety concern and should have been handled with far more urgency. I do want to acknowledge that the woman who serves breakfast has been wonderful. She is friendly, professional, and consistently provides great service each morning. Overall, my experience here has been average at best, but the ongoing water issue over the past three days has been unacceptable. We have had no water during the day, and only cold water has been available in the evenings. Guests were originally informed that the water would be shut off only from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 9. However, it is now March 11, and I woke up again to no water. At this point, the lack of communication and basic amenities became too much to overlook, and I checked out promptly. This situation has been extremely frustrating and could have been handled much better with proper notice and transparency.
