In a hurry, I paid more for some methyl B-12 at WFM. A month later, when I was out, I made a trip to Vitamin Shoppe. Their inventory is diverse and deep, so I asked for help in finding what I needed. I found the staff to be most helpful in that regard, showing me my options. I settled on the store brand methyl B-12, which was on a BOHO sale at the time of my visit. As a bonus, the store offered some free fitness magazines, but I was told that at least one of them had some great tips and recipes. I don't know that I'll source all of my vitamin needs here in the future, but, for the specialty items, I certainly will. And I'll keep my eyes open for opportunities to do more business with Vitamin Shoppe.

I also received a recommendation for a supplement to help with mild appetite suppression and fat burn which I am indeed curious to try. On a side note - I didn't look through all the pharmacy items because I was short on time but BOY did they have a selection in there! You have to be careful about just starting new meds because they can interact with prescription medications, but if you got a supplement cleared with your doctor, I'm fairly sure this place would have it.
