Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled not only at the club level but also through the company's review and appeal process, I can no longer recommend EōS Fitness as a whole. If a zero-star rating were an option, that is the rating I would give based on my experience. The issue began with repeated confusion surrounding the guest check-in process for my sister, who attended as my guest. On multiple occasions, she experienced difficulties checking in despite being an authorized guest. During the final incident, she left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome and later told me she would not return because of how she felt she had been treated. Because of her experience, I approached management to express my concerns. The manager involved in my sister's interaction was also the person who handled my concerns. At the time, I was left with the understanding that she was the person responsible for addressing management-level issues at the location. I felt my concerns regarding my guest's experience were not taken seriously and that the customer service surrounding the situation was poor. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee later located and corrected the issue with my sister's guest information and apologized for the confusion. This left me feeling that the entire situation could have been resolved much differently from the beginning. I want to be fair and acknowledge that I became frustrated during my interaction with staff and regret my part in the disagreement that followed. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my membership had been permanently revoked from all EōS locations. What concerns me most is not the disagreement itself, but how the matter was handled afterward. After learning that my membership had been revoked, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Following the instructions provided by EōS staff, I returned to the Higley location in person and apologized for my role in the interaction. I also submitted a formal written appeal through the EōS review process and included an apology there as well, acknowledging my part in the situation and taking responsibility for my conduct. Despite those efforts, I never received a clear explanation of the specific conduct or policy violation that warranted a permanent ban. The final response I received was a form letter citing general policies regarding inappropriate conduct but did not identify the specific behavior that led to the decision or address the questions raised in my appeal. I respect a business's right to enforce its policies and protect its employees. However, when a member is permanently banned from every location, I believe members deserve transparency, a meaningful review process, and a clear explanation of the reasons for that decision. While others may have positive experiences at EōS, my experience left me feeling that there was little opportunity for resolution, clarification, or fair consideration of the circumstances. The permanent ban itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and meaningful response throughout the process was what ultimately left the strongest impression.

All of which are employed by Team[fit] with fidelity and are geared to benefit the individual member. I get a team based workout with individualized attention that exceeds my standards and expectations. From having to book, change, or cancel class sessions last minute to seeking performance feedback, everything you need is here. Team[fit] is so organized they put it all at your finger tips using app based programs. To this day I continue to make friendships that start with a Team[fit] workout. Sometimes I did my own thing and sometimes I took classes. I really thought I was getting decent exercise. Then I had a friend convince me to come to one of these classes on arm day and I realized that I was so much more weak and out of shape than I thought I was. This boot camp is run out of the gym at a church and is designed by the owner/trainer Jeff and his wife Jessie. It alternates between weight training days (arms/legs/full body) with conditioning days. There is always a bit of a cardio element to the weight training days and conditioning usually has lighter weights/higher reps and running/sprints. It is ALWAYS different and never boring. The best thing about it is that all you have to do is drag your butt to the gym and Jeff will do the rest. The workouts are about 45 minutes long, but they are hard. Jeff does a great job of guiding newbies, and will help anyone modify exercises if they are too tough. He will push you, though. So, here I am 9 months later and in WAY better shape than when I started, but I still have a ways to go. There are a ton of men and women that have been members for a lot longer and are in such amazing shape. It's great for me to see them kill workouts because it's inspiring. Also, everyone here is super duper nice and encouraging. It really is like a family in the best way possible. I can't thank Jeff and Jessie enough for everything they do at TeamFit. It has changed my life for the better, and I can't imagine ever stopping. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

Over here, I only come for Cecilia's class. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. It's bright, clean, and basic. It's also pretty spacious compared to some of their other locations. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. This parking lot seems to be more plentiful compared to all the other EōS locations I have been to.
