Defiantly is an awesome alternative to going to the movies or bowling or whatever limited amount of activities there is in Idaho falls. The instructors are very thorough, helpfully and friendly, especially with beginners I was very happy with their introductory lesson which was very nice rather than the, wing it, method. They where also very ready and willing to answer questions and give 1 on 1 help which is quite refreshing in a teacher. The price is also extremely reasonable for activity, $5 for adults, $3 for students. Which is a nice change compared to the ever growing price of movies or even bowling. Also the music is awesome, they have a wide selection of swing jazz, and it's perfect for dancing in my opinion, also the music ranges in tempo from slow, to quite fast (they except music suggestions also) and also a nice change is the music is always clean, which is quite important to me. The place is an old ballet studio with ballet bars along the wall but it cleans up nice as a good dance floor with nice warm lighting that isn't too dark but not like or in an operating room. theirs also mirrors which is nice for the lesson but are covered for the dance. overall, I'm a fan =).

I clearly did not care to be there and the constant critique only added to my annoyance of the choice of venue for our date night. I would have welcomed the help if I wanted it, but it made me feel as if I was belittled and incompetent with the constant babysitting and tips. We're experienced in escape rooms. We've done them in many states. This was our Least favorite…read more escape room. There were 7 in our group who did Kidnapped. For the first half You're each locked in your own dark , small box and have to get out before finishing the room together. The clues were split between the 7 wooden boxes we were in, and We couldn't communicate well because the rain sound over the speaker was too loud. Only The person next to me could hear me if I yelled. You can't work together if you can't hear well. Some of us were In totally dark boxes and couldn't see to work a lock. Others had a tiny bit of light. (Stuck for over 45 min.) it took forever for the first person to get out and by the time it was done there were 3 of us still stuck in our boxes. The worker never checked on us to see if we needed a hint and there wasn't a way to get ahold of her. We tried to help each other. Some of the people just figured out their lock boxes without the clues. About 7 min before time was up, the last 3 of us just pushed open our doors. You have to have a very small person in your group to go down a tiny trap door and crawl on stomach to the next section. We didn't even get to the fun part. It was poorly managed. After, when we talked to the worker, she told us she's only seen two groups of 6 or more ever finish. She said small groups do better because the clues aren't split between so many people. I wish she would have told us that when we booked for 7. We would have split into two separate rooms. That should also be their hint that something needs to change. 3 of us paid $25 to stand or lay in tiny, hot , dark boxes for 45 min. We really needed a hint.We didn't get to play. It was bad! Don't play if you're claustrophobic. The worker was nice but inattentive. If we could have made it to the next section, it might have been fun. Never going back.

Nice lake to spend a summer day. You can bring or rent paddleboard's kayaks and other non-motorized…read moreboats. It's six dollars per car per day and two dollars for animals, must be on leash. There are restrooms and play areas for the kids. Plenty of beach space room to put your pop-ups up. Plenty of easy parking almost right on the beach. The water is pretty fresh with minimal lake weed. You can also fish here as long as you have your fishing license. Clean beach lots of fun.
