This is my Go To workout studio! I have been coming here for multiple years now and have tried many…read moreof the classes they offer. My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it. They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear. There are showers/changing rooms to use after the class is over. They offer amazing class packages and the price is very reasonable for a yoga studio. They also do not pressure you to buy huge memberships and run specials throughout the year that make the packages more affordable. I plan to continue coming here for many years and would love to see the studio grow!

I signed up for the new student introductory offer which is a great deal at $40 for one month of unlimited classes! They offer a variety of styles of classes that are described on their website but are best to experience firsthand to see which one (or ones, in my case since I like them all) you like. The studio has a fun sticker program where you can earn a free cup by trying one of each style of class so make sure and ask about that. Every teacher is great and I have not found one person there that isn't welcoming and encouraging no matter what level you are in with your yoga practice. If you have considered yoga, or if you are an experienced Yogi, this studio has something for you!

Her aura is dark and I'm not sure how she advocates for wellness when she is not friendly. The first few times I ignored it but the last time I was more observant and it's clear she is is racist against brown people. With others she's completely different. Mind you I'm always the only brown person in the class. She made me and my friends feel really uncomfortable in a previous class but at this point it is not a coincidence she is clearly racist and discriminative. I booked a class with a different yoga teacher this time to avoid her but she was still there.
