The space was clean from the downstairs and upstairs floors--The space it a bit tiny but also has a sense of inclusiveness to it so I didn't mind; but can be overwhelming if you don't enjoy working out in front of a bunch of people. The instructor was very nice, and encouraging the entire time as the class was pretty intense but definitely perfect for all levels as you can go at your own speed. I sweat so much, I honestly felt like I was losing weight on the spot LOL but rule of thumb maybe bring a hot yoga mat opposed to a traditional yoga mat, water and definitely a towel or you'll end up like me with sweat in your eyes haha. The owner, studio manager, and all the instructors are truly amazing. It's evident they all put so much care and intention into creating their classes and they each have their own unique, fun, and challenging styles that they bring with them each and every day. You know some studios where you have the good and bad instructors? They're all great here. :-) I also love how they are continually adapting and incorporating new concepts and research so you never feel like the workout gets too easy or boring. Barre3 has changed my life and my relationship with exercise/my body. The locker room is always clean, as is the fitness area overall. The changes make it more intuitive to navigate, and I think they added newer machines. Of course I wish they had indoor pools but they are limited by the existing space, which used to be a Macy's. In short, I have the Ardmore location near my home and the Radnor one near my work, so it's worked out really well for me.
