She was very motivational and also helped us adjust our resistance throughout the class. What I enjoyed about her the most is that she made everyone feel special. There was a mix of beginners and veterans of Pilates in our class and she made sure everyone felt comfortable with every movement - and helping when needed. Most of my workouts are high intensity so the change of pace was great for me! But don't get me wrong - the class was a workout! I felt stronger than ever - working in slow movements and challenging myself with each stretch. Additionally Lindsay's playlist was on point. We were able to relax and make this workout our OWN and focus on OUR strength. In addition, the studio was very charming. It's got boutique vibes, but includes all the necessities like bathrooms, showers, a changing room and some swag to purchase. Overall I was very impressed with this studio and the instructor. I felt empowered and refreshed after my workout and I can't wait to schedule another class!

Growing up in Highland Creek, I assumed it would be great to work when i came back for holiday breaks. 11/25/2023. I helped them out and worked for them as they are short staff as it is. Management came in to greet me this time, as i've worked for them twice before. Upon leaving, the manager wanted my Venmo to compensate. However, nothing. Because it was during a holiday break, i decided to wait to follow up on payment. So, i waited a couple of days. The manager, Jen, told me she requested a ticket insisted this was her only communication with the owner of the studio. Strange. I've never heard of management not being able to reach an owner via landline. Imagine an emergency situation. Nonetheless Over the past two weeks, i have reached out numerous times only to be met with the same response over and over again. "sending Tanya another ticket" as a Independent contractor and not an employee my services are no different than an electrician or handyman rearing payment upon completion. Very upsetting that they would take advantage of me and my services, give me the run around in terms of pay, and completely ignore me. Mind you, it's the holiday season. What a great way to show staff they are valued.

It's a small but very comfortable space. I feel like it would never get too crowded here. I tried the Hot Core workout. It's a 30-minute workout in an infrared sauna room. You will SWEAT! there is a TV in the room that plays the video, and you are able to follow it at your own pace. Even if you don't do a certain move, they show, just taking a rest. You still are sweating, so it doesn't feel like you are missing out. By the time I was done, I felt like I had done much more than any other gym class I had ever done. I also love the fact that they do have an open weight room so if you don't feel like getting into the sauna, you can just go lift weights or use any of their other machines they have available. The price is super reasonable compared to other places. $50 a month for unlimited access to one studio of your choice or $80 a month for unlimited access to ANY studio location ANYWHERE! The best part is they are 24/7! You get your own code to be able to access it at any time!!!!! Now I don't have yo rush to try to make a certain class time.
