While the classes book up far in advance, I've never had an issue getting off the wait list. The studio is very welcoming. The owner, Elizabeth, makes a point to get to know her customers by name. I appreciate the variety of clientele as well. There's all different ages, body types, genders, etc. I've never felt intimidated in a class by the other participants. The prices are also incredibly reasonable and I've been able to get good deals by being subscribed to the newsletter. The "SHRED Shorty with Weights" with Caitlin is an intense class. It reminds me of SoulCycle, but way harder. I've taken Caitlin's non-weight classes and have also had my butt completely kicked. I've taken a Pilates class with Amanda and it's been on my to-do list to return to because I loved it so much. If I ever move from Quincy, I'll be sure to return to SHRED whenever possible :)

I have had problems with being charged multiply times in my debit card and credit card. Talked to…read morethe owner very unpleasant and was basically telling me it was my fault. Tried to add a different card cause mine on file was compromised and was told I had to buy something In order to add card. She told me some of her employees don't have that access and that is how some of them were trained will others have the access to put in new cards without buying anything. I was never told that I should wait till the next day and talk to someone that could do it without buying something from the store. Also got charge for a class that was cancelled buy the instructor. not once but twice in two different cards. And was told basically my fault and with an attitude. Will never go back and just check your bank statements.

Everything looks brand new and sometimes the classes feel like a temple, relaxing and spiritual. I still have to try the Barre classes that I heard that are amazing. To be clear, in the insure class, I felt no pressure at all to sign up for a membership. The whole reason I did the free intro class was because I was looking for a new Pilates gym. All the instructors I've had so far been knowledgeable and clear and their instruction of the moves and what muscle groups I should be using. This is now become part of my weekly routine for fitness.

Lets you arrive and sink into your met. I had such an issue with my hip and was going to see a dr the next week for a shot, I took one of her classes and she added ball rolling and WOW is all I can say. Dr said I didn't need a shot and continue to take yoga he also said I didn't need another appointment. If your body is craving to move and need to create space so that you can move easily take one of her classes she never a disappoints. Patty J

Jill and Gina, the current owners, have fostered an environment that is welcoming, supportive and focused on each individuals well being. The space is bright and airy and offers a varied class schedule. All yoga equipment is provided at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own. They offer virtual classes which provides flexibility and ensures in studio classes are never overwhelmed. Pricing is also reasonable with a variety of packages to choose from. Parking is never an issue with abundant street parking available. I've attended classes instructed by Jill, Gina, Heather, Christine, Theresa and Raman and highly recommend all of them!! I always leave each class feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend this studio!!!
