She told me some of her employees don't have that access and that is how some of them were trained will others have the access to put in new cards without buying anything. I was never told that I should wait till the next day and talk to someone that could do it without buying something from the store. Also got charge for a class that was cancelled buy the instructor. not once but twice in two different cards. And was told basically my fault and with an attitude. Recently, after a run, I experienced a severe pain in my left foot (I know, I know, insert disability movie joke here) which I though might have been a stress fracture. My wife suggested I schedule a sports therapy massage with Be Well and I am very glad I did. My session with Sarah was setup via the web with no problems. She was ready to work at the appointed time, was polite and VERY knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed the muscular issues that were causing the pain, and worked out a lot of the knots and tightness in my legs. She also gave me some very sound training advice which is already proving to be invaluable. I walked into the session with a limp and walked out with a steady gait. Simply put, Sarah was superb and the overall experience (booking, cleanliness, service) was excellent. I will add that the yoga instructors have all been great so far. They've offered well thought out sequences and kind instruction with frequent non-intrusive adjustments. Sometimes the room can get a bit noisy from the workouts happening next door or people yapping in the hallway outside but it is never too bad. A great health studio with very professional and encouraging staff.

I have been exclusively taking beginner classes and feel no great rush to move up except for more heat. I do find a wide variance in temperatures depending on instructor, time of day, and outside temperature, but that is minor. Variation in approach and focus too with instructors, but that is, from what I understand, typical of power yoga. Overall the instructors are warm and supportive, and the experience always leaves me feeling far better than when I arrived. My suggestion for a true newbie is to take a intro class with Chris, she's very good about making folks feel welcome and providing modifications to different postures for folks who are new. Reasonable introductory rates and appreciated student discounts!!!

The whole point of yoga is to relax, yet, our instructor, Caity Murphy, played depressing country music, and Stevie nicks covers instead of relaxing non-lyrical music. Completely ruined all focus. She was yelling, had no concept of an inside voice and kept making awkward jokes after her mistakes. This experience unfortunately has completely turned me away from Open Studios! I've participated in numerous Yoga classes but never one like this.

I first went there to find a way to deal with some situations I have been dealing with and I can say that going to this place it's been very helpful. The meditation and yoga classes always make me feel great and the yoga instructors are always kind and with a great energy that is easy to feel in the room. I now attend class 2-3 times per week and it has become part of my regular routine.
