I have been taking level 1 classes at the Longmont location. The location is nice, parking is convenient. Close to other shops or places that I can stop by after or before my workout. The classes are great, different instructors will have different styles. They're all very friendly. People are friendly, chatty too. The classes are usually full. Great studio with 12 reformers and a pleasant atmosphere. I like the fact that they offer different levels and classes, combining TRX, barre, reformer, depending on the one you choose. I did one specifically for runners, loved it! The instructor was friendly and even for a beginner like me, the class was easy to follow. I have been a member for almost a year and I really enjoy this studio! The unlimited membership allows me to plan ahead and usually get all the classes that I need for my schedule. The instructors and staff are friendly and make classes fun! The equipment is clean and refreshed when needed. All the members are respectful and we have a good laugh at times when we need it!! Great, fun atmosphere. So far I've taken classes with 3 different instructors and have loved them all. Very easy to follow if you have never been to pilates, yet helpful tips if you have. Very clean, bright studio with a variety of equipment. I dropped to 4 stars because I bought 8 classes with a Groupon and mis-scheduled 2 classes using the app. I cancelled those immediately after scheduling but was "charged" for those classes instead of being able to reschedule, this was unknown to me until I verified my schedule in person and was told "sorry, that's the way it works, it should have been made clear". So I ended up paying for 8 but only receive 6. 3/22/17 review edit Received a follow up after my review. Club Pilates reimbursed my class credits and were apologetic. I have since become a member since my Groupon is over, I love this studio. read more

I moved to Boulder two years ago. It took me a year and 1/2 and two other studio's to find Club Pilates in Longmont. The classes are great and they offer many different options allowing for personal ability and growth. The instructors are patient, outgoing and give great instructions. After 13 years of Pilates I find myself really taking the time to think about what I'm doing instead of going through the exercises without thought to what I'm trying to attain. I'm not sure why the welfare comment was taken personally and I don't think anyone working out could possibly scorn anyone up front because it takes so much energy to focus on the machines! People behind the front desk are welcoming and awesome! I feel like all my questions were answered easily & everything was pretty straightforward. The woman behind the desk was extremely rude. I had walked into your studio to inquire about cost of classes. I had seen a woman leave the studio and she was so happy and bouncy! We spoke briefly about my dog who I was walking at the time. I was curious and I saw the marquee out by the sidewalk. I Walked in and said do you have any brochures and what are your rates". Then I asked "do you have any Scholarship programs for students, seniors or disabled?" The woman behind the desk looked at me and said "we do not have any welfare programs"then looked down. I was humiliated. I looked around to see all the women at their reformers looking in my direction. I felt humiliated. I turned and finally figured out I was supposed to leave. read more
