First, I love that this studio is located in Canonsburg, it's a great addition to the community. At this time, parking is in the back of the building and it is metered until 6PM. The space is lovely. Everything is very high quality and the space is extremely relaxing. I've tried several classes with several instructors, and really enjoyed all of them. The class sizes were small for the days I went, often, I was the only student in class during the week (hey, my own private yoga session!) I wish them the best of luck and plan to frequent this studio. Oh! They also have "Pay what you can yoga" on Sunday evenings at 5:30PM, it's wonderful!

Went to a free class with my daughter and enjoyed it SO much. I have since joined and am attending…read moreclass 3 times per week. The workouts are challenging, but not physically abusive. I push myself to do every rep even when my muscles have had it, and I am only slightly sore the next day and completely recovered by day 2. The session always ends with adequate stretches to the muscles used most. I see a change in my body after just 2 weeks and I feel amazing. They change up every class so you never know what you're gonna get and you never get bored. Every instructor I have had so far has been a real pro. I highly recommend this to anyone who is generally physically healthy and wants to improve muscle tone and flexibility.

I returned to the studio excited and eager to get started. Tara (the owner) told me she would not accept my Groupon because I was not "a new client." Due to my ONE visit as a guest, she said I am not considered a new client. She then tried to get me to pay $30 more for her unlimited pass. Groupon gave me a really hard time refunding my money. The studio was clean, the one class was fun, and the owner was clueless on how to welcome new customers. I have told so many people what happened and not one person would enter her studio. For $30 she lost tons of customers! Definition of a guest: a person who is invited to partake in a function Definition of a "new client": a person using the services of person and place I would rather pay for a great Barre class where the owner respects new clients and does not take advantage of people.

I fell in love with this studio! Not only are the instructors super welcoming, but so are the yogis…read morethat attend the studio! Each instructor has their own style, so even if you go 5 days a week, you'll get something different, and maybe even new! The instructors are up for helping you with whatever you may be working on in your practice, as well. They are very helpful and will make sure your doing the poses correctly or to their fullest! The studio itself is very clean and open. It's kept at about 80 degrees, so it does get warm, but it's not sweltering hot. You'll get a nice sweat going! I'm also a huge fan of the props available for use - bolsters, blocks, straps, etc. If you'd like, you can store your mat in their back room on their yoga mat rack! Although the parking lot is small, it is stacked parking, so there's usually plenty of room. If not, the church across the street has additional free parking! I highly recommend Yoga Love if you're in South Hills and need a good yoga spot! I was still fairly new to yoga and didn't feel overwhelmed or inexperienced at this studio - it's a comfortable atmosphere.
