When it comes to corporate and the regional management side, they have 0 customer service and care more about their money than their customers. I started coming to Club Pilates in April, while pregnant. I loved this work out and the accommodations the instructors made. Having over 6 years of Pilates experience (back in NY) I felt comfortable taking both the level 1 and 1.5 classes while pregnant. I was able to easily put my membership on pause for a short while post partum and since returning have taken a variety of classes, including the level 2 classes as well. I have truly enjoyed every single class I have taken here. All the instructors are great, the classes have a great flow to them, and there is something new every time. There is a great variety to the classes including TRX, chair, mat, the ballet bar, and of course, the reformer. The studio is clean and the front desk staff are always very welcoming. It is very convenient to be able to text with any questions about membership and they have also been very accommodating when I needed to extend my credits past a few more days when not being able to fulfill all my classes during a cycle. Although the waitlist for some classes may seem discouraging at times, I have been able to get into the classes I need almost all the time! read more

I've only frequented one location of Club Pilates, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I have to say, I've been extremely happy with the Marlboro location, so far!!! Been a member here for just a month, and am still a level I. And to my surprise, I've only attended one class with an instructor I didn't really care for! Otherwise, Mindy and Daryl are great. Take advantage of their packages, they're suuuper cost effective and give you a reason to keep coming back! Don't forget to prebook all classes on their app, they fill up very quickly. Had an excellent experience at the intro class can't wait to take more classes. Kristen was great she explained every part of the reformer and went through an abbreviated version of what a class would entail. The manager Joe was wonderful he went through a detailed explanation of what the club is doing during COVID-19 to keep its members safe and comfortable. In addition I spoke with joe separately and explained to him that I suffer from BPPV and he was very encouraging and understanding about it. Joe assured me it's not something unheard of at Pilates. He also advised me if I get an episode coming on I can take my time and won't be discouraged by any of the instructors. He also took the time to advise me of the freezing policy. Very disappointed in the way they handled things with/during the pandemic. I informed them that I am still not comfortable with working out in this environment but planned to be back when things went back to normal. My options were $15 a month or one months membership to cancel. I called several times to speak to someone and never received a call back only a text message or email. They sent my account to a collections agency in California. The man Doug called 4 times in 10 minutes only to lease a message that they tried several time to reach me and they were sending to collections. I called back, When I tried to explain he cut me off and said he wasn't interested either I pay or it goes to my credit. I told him he was rude and he said "I didn't get this job for my customer service skills" and hung up on me. I had my husband try to call and again he was rude and hung up. Extremely unprofessional that Club Pilates themselves would not call me back but they hired a unprofessional and rude company to call me. (4 times in 10 minutes so they could say several attempts) So Swift Financial is Rude and unprofessional and Club Pilates doesn't care if we come back as their only means on communication was text or email. read more

I can't say enough about how incredible Club Pilates in Marlboro, NJ is. Management, trainers and members are very nice. One member of the management named Joe is a incredible and makes you feel welcome. The studio is very clean and I have to say this was definitely a good decision and commitment I have made. The interaction and attentiveness of the instructors is so much better than just going to gym. I would rather spend the money on this that a gym where you go and just workout randomly. I feel that 50 minute classes here work every part of the body and provides results. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering Pilates. It's not just Pilates and you use several pieces of workout equipment as well as a reformer. Love Club Pilates this is worth investing in yourself. read more

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. I went there almost daily during Christmas vacation. Instructors were wonderful and informed. Every class was different and I enjoyed the variety. There is an emphasis on props...3 per class. And there are a lot to choose from (more than most studios.) So be prepared for that. read more

Went for an intro class to check it out. I had high hopes for this place and think that it has a lot of potential but the instructor we had was just awful. She spent time showing us the machines versus different exercises. She wasn't very good about explaining what to do so I know when I was chatting with my group after we were all a tad bit confused. To be honest I don't think she knew what she was talking about and she was very concerned about the music playlist on her phone for whatever reason. I think once they hire instructors who know what they're doing they will be fine but for $30 a class and a clueless instructor I rather go elsewhere or pay more for someone who knows what they're doing. read more

I've always struggled with gym phobias. I've tried many different gyms and wind up quitting because I don't feel comfortable and rather workout alone. I've been going to Club Pilates for almost two year's now. I love that the manager knows our names and he's always got a smile and a good attitude. He's flexible and understanding that we're human. Every instructor makes the class fun. They're supportive and encourage you to push yourself! The schedule for classes are flexible, mornings/evenings/weekends too! The app makes reserving class times super easy and I love that I'm able to schedule in advance and or if my schedule changed and there's open seats I can pick up a class last minute! There are different levels from beginner to experienced. Different types of classes including TRX classes which are fun and challenging! There's different monthly packages : 4 sessions / 8 sessions / unlimited. The price and commitment sometimes deters people but it's WORTH IT! Full body workout and I leave there every time with a smile. I feel like I leave all my stress on the reformer! I went in for their free trial class and was hooked. It's taken me a while to get up the courage to write a review, but I feel I must. While I wasn't thrilled with the classes that I took to start, I assumed they were still getting into the groove of things. However, the part that will ensure I never return is the attitude of one of the managers. His single goal is to bring in more money and does not care about the well-being of his clients. If he did, he would have been more careful about smearing clients (and not even behind their backs but to their face!) Choosing to push out a client rather than attempt to come up with possible solutions to help (after all, Pilates is meant for people with injuries), shows his true colors. I will say that Brennan, the owner, is a gem of a guy, and he handled the situation appropriately. Unfortunately the only thing that could have rectified the situation would have been to fire his employee who clearly does not exemplify what he is about. I hope that no one experiences what we went through. PS. they've blocked my ability on Facebook to be able to review them, so they're clearly only about appearances and not their clientele read more

Club Pilates Marlboro location is absolutely amazing. I started prior to the pandemic and could not wait to get back. The studio is immaculate and they have followed all Covid precautions. The instructors are all fabulous. They have been so helpful to my personal needs. I have breast cancer and a recent mastectomy. Pilates has been an important part of my recovery. It ha# helped with my posture and restored my range of motion! I old highly recommend this studio to anyone! read more
