However,…read morewhen my schedule changed and I needed to cancel my membership, I was met with a nightmare of unethical billing and complete lack of accountability from management. Despite following the app's cancellation process and later confirming with the manager (Robyn) that my membership would be canceled, I was repeatedly charged for months. When I brought this to their attention, I was ignored. After multiple failed attempts via email, calls, and messages, I was forced to visit in person only to be told I could only receive store credit for services I never used. The owner (Micheal) and management continuously ghosted me, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or refund my money. After six months of trying to resolve this professionally, I finally reached out to the owner directly on Instagram, he as well ghosted me and after insisting and responding by to his stories seconds after being posted he finally reopened, his response was beyond unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of my valid concerns. This place has no respect for its customers and engages in shady business practices. If you're considering signing up, beware,cancellation is an uphill battle, and customer service is non-existent. Based on other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who has been scammed. Avoid at all costs. I've now been blocked by both owner and manager!

This is the first time I have had a consistent and steady yoga practice, and it is all thanks to this studio. All of the teachers are wonderful and deeply care about you and your practice. They gently guide you and motivate you, and you can tell that they are there to support you. They are always available for questions and you can definitely feel their care and presence. The studio is well-kept and clean, and the flooring helps me to stay steady and deepen my practice. I always enjoy the classes I take, whether it be 26&2 or their other offerings, each one is amazing! The community here is so loving and I have made many friends here.
