I went for my well-being, but being bawled out for doing my best, is not conducive to healing. I left very upset and disheartened. Overall, I really like Lee Health. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility while at least one therapist seems to sadly lack in PATIENCE, compassion and empathy. If I could rate the therapist separately and if it were possible, the therapist would get 0 stars.

Despite following the app's cancellation process and later confirming with the manager (Robyn) that my membership would be canceled, I was repeatedly charged for months. When I brought this to their attention, I was ignored. After multiple failed attempts via email, calls, and messages, I was forced to visit in person only to be told I could only receive store credit for services I never used. The owner (Micheal) and management continuously ghosted me, refusing to acknowledge their mistake or refund my money. After six months of trying to resolve this professionally, I finally reached out to the owner directly on Instagram, he as well ghosted me and after insisting and responding by to his stories seconds after being posted he finally reopened, his response was beyond unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of my valid concerns. This place has no respect for its customers and engages in shady business practices. If you're considering signing up, beware,cancellation is an uphill battle, and customer service is non-existent. Based on other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who has been scammed. Avoid at all costs. I've now been blocked by both owner and manager!

The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!
