Especially since it's the owners ( Ryan) daughter, Lailani, the blond girl, had the worst attitude ever. She prances around the gym very privileged, she walked away from making a shake for a friend and I yesterday and had a coworker do it. Today when asking for a shake she had such an attitude about it I had to ask are you sure like 3x cause the attitude was wild to a point where I said I don't want it anymore and she said okay then bye... told me to leave multiple times and Brett is just useless he's legit watching her drown in the front and doesn't do a thing. I spoke to the manager who is actually an angel and is super kind but while speaking to him this girl comes and says "my dad says she has to leave" lmfao I'm a paying member why would you put an inexperienced child in the front desk is beyond me. This girl is acting like this is her home and not a public establishment for paying customers. Not daddy's little girls playground. My husband and I will be canceling our membership

I saw a sign for Iron tribe and figured I would walk in to check it out and instantly could tell this was a different gym. The coaches are great and really strive to make it a great atmosphere and focus on each individual member to help them attain their goals. I always leave each workout with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on my face. This gym is truly one of its own kind and I highly suggest everyone give it a shot. I was charged another $39 and told my membership would expire the next day. When I questioned this, the kid processing the cancellation stated he understood the concern (paying $80 in total for 8 days of gym use..) and said he would alot me access for the following 10 days. I went to this location tonight after getting off work & my fob would not allow me into the gym. I've left a voicemail requesting someone contact me back & help get this corrected, but based on reviews it seems like chances are slim I will ever hear back. Absolutely would not recommend this location. The anytime website suggests you give a 30 day notice to cancel, typically with commercial gyms that means they will charge you one more month & you will have access to the gym until your membership lapses, apparently not the case here. If this were a boutique gym or one that offered anything other than sweat stained, smelly machines, I could understand a monthly rate of $80. It will, however, never make sense for a place like this one. Choose wisely & choose somewhere else! -someone who frequently worked out here based on convenient location

My boyfriend and I were concerned a couple of months ago when we noticed three huge cracks across the entire length of the cardio equipment work area. Who answered the phone it was a guy and he also had a nose piercing he did not say his name at all When I called to ask about gym rules and requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would not be transferred unless I provided my full name. I was also told that I needed to explain the reason for my questions, and at one point I was told my questions were "stupid." The call then ended abruptly while I was still trying to clarify the situation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when I was simply trying to understand your gym policies. I was not given clear or respectful information, and I was not given the opportunity to speak with a manager. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that people be provided with clarification regarding your gym rules and appropriate procedures for member communication. The SPENGA class is divided into 3 different activities 20 minutes each: cycling, a few rounds of resistance-based exercises, and finally some light yoga. The transitions were very well coordinated, and music was bomb. It was a full-body workout and every minute there would be something different, so it was never boring. I liked that there were videos of the resistance exercises playing during the activity so you could work on your form, and it was nice to be able to do everything at your own pace. There were people of all fitness levels there and plenty of space for everyone! It's $69 for the 1st month then $169/month for unlimited classes, $89 for 4 classes, or $129 for 8 classes.

The facilities are clean and almost every piece of equipment is brand new. There are all the machines you could ever want, and many in duplicate. I never had to wait for a machine or work in with anyone during the busy morning times. There is a mix of men and women and I felt comfortable working out there as a woman. There is a large "Booty Building" section of specialty machines for all those glute exercises. I thought the long runway of artificial turf was a great idea, for pushing the sled or doing walking lunges. There are plenty of cardio machines. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit more AC or fans-- even in the early morning I was getting pretty warm while working out.

At one point, I had an encounter with another couple at the gym where I was threatened. I immediately brought the situation to the attention of the front desk staff, but nothing was done about it. After that, this couple continued approaching me in the parking lot almost every time I would come to the gym. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable or scared simply walking into a place where I'm paying to work out. My gym time is supposed to be my time to focus, relax, and take care of myself--not a place where I have to worry about being approached or threatened by other members. I expected the staff to take my concerns seriously and help make the environment feel safe, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I also ended up leaving a Google review about my experience, and afterward, the owner had the manager approach me about it to remove it. Unfortunately, I felt that I was given inaccurate information about much of the situation with a male figure that was taking photos from his phone! Over the years, the gym has also become extremely overcrowded--almost unbearable at times--and it became increasingly difficult to get a workout in without having to wait for equipment. More recently, I had an issue with the new payment system. I had cancelled one of my credit cards that was being used for my gym membership and forgot to update the payment information, which was my mistake. I contacted ABC Fitness, updated my payment information, and paid the amount that was owed. The payment went through on my end. Then I received another call saying that I still owed money. I was confused because I had just paid, so I paid it again and updated my banking information. I also cancelled my membership, and I was told that everything had been taken care of. Then ABC Fitness contacted me again. At that point, I was understandably frustrated, so I called the gym directly. I was told that I needed to come in and pay again--even though I had already paid twice and had cancelled my membership. And to this day, ABC Fitness STILL continues to call me regarding the payment. I never had these kinds of issues until they switched to the new payment system. After nearly 4.5 years of being a member, it's extremely disappointing that this is how my experience ended. I haven't been back since.
