The yoga is excellent too. A well designed studio with infrared heat, and a soothing atmosphere. The instructors are the best. After years of practice I am finally getting full explanations of the basic poses. Dozens of, "oh that is how that is supposed feel moments". So much so that I am comfortable practicing at home daily now. I highly recommend the workshops and sauna as well. A really great place, it's no wonder she has won so many awards.

Everyone is very welcoming. They have many different class options and times. They also offer different package options. Don't be scared to try yoga, it's like a deep stretch for your body. There were several to choose from but I picked out Mindful Motion Yoga for 2 reasons: one, it was a convenient location for my sister, and two, because they had a beginners class on Friday evening, which was when we wanted to go. Our first class was free, always a bonus. Before we went, I called to make sure that the info on the website was up-to-date, and it was. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I had been speaking to the owner, Terri. She's a gracious host and savvy business woman. We took a beginners / relaxation class with Christina and she was great. If I lived in Jacksonville I would definitely return.

The staff actually really cares and will move a mountain to make you feel good and cared for. 3. You can also enjoy bounce (trampoline), lagree (pilates), weight training, and barre on top of spin classes. Anna, Ryann, Heather Ann are at the top of my list mainly due to the type of classes I do. I could add all the other instructors to my list as well (I don't want to leave anyone out - so I will keep it general). Bella Vida offers a variety of different classes - so it should appeal to a mix of yogis. While Power Yoga is a favorite, I have also enjoyed so many other types of practices (Reggae, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Yin). There are always other events, such as community pot lucks, full moon practices, workshops, etc. and it's a wonderful little community. I am so glad I discovered this place (thanks to Shannon and Ryann) and I look forward to every practice. Kudos to you Brittany for the care and attention you put into your little oasis in our local community!

I feel sore after each class - your abs know you worked out! - but my unique issues (low back, shoulder) are never aggravated due to their skilled instruction and focus on modifications. Reformer classes are capped at 4 people, each 6 feet apart, and instructors are masked. I'm hesitant to let others in on this gem, but In Balance deserves all the accolades. :-)
