I had a very frustrating experience with this place. It's extremely difficult to secure a spot in the classes, and the app is unreliable. I drove to class three different times. Each time I arrived on time, but they didn't have my reservation. One of those times I was just one minute late, but the other two times I was exactly on time--and there's supposed to be a 5-minute grace period. The only solution they offered was to remove someone else from the class, which I wasn't comfortable with, so I had to go back home. The final straw was this morning. I booked a class, showed up, and once again my name wasn't on the list. Apparently, the app canceled my booking instead of confirming it. According to the front desk, the system showed I booked at 4:00 AM (when I was asleep) and canceled at 7:15 AM. Completely unbelievable. I tried, I really tried, but due to these repeated issues and the unreliable system, I decided to cancel my subscription. read more

I find all the instructors very knowledgeable and assist you as needed during the classes. Class times are very accessible. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant and always willing to help you with any questions. I've been going to pilates for over a year here and it is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Maura is an incredible teacher and helps me stay motivated to work on my form. I truly never thought I'd find something I could stick with for this long and still enjoy. I have had such a great experience here! I was nervous to try because I'm disabled and not able to do most exercise. I've tried mat pilates and it was so much strain on my neck, but I took the intro class and loved it! After a couple classes I ended up upgrading my membership and paying for the year. The instructors are excellent, the two Sarahs and Maura are my favorite. I am able to modify everything so theres never a time I'm just sitting there watching class feeling left out or embarrassed. Speaking of embarrassed, I'm not as limber as anyone else there, but the way everything is set up and how friendly everyone is I've never been embarrassed when everyone else is bent over grabbing the bar and I'm only grabbing my knees. The girls at the front are friendly and welcoming. They quickly learn names, which makes a big difference compared to traditional gyms. I was worried about being able to get in to classes since they seem to book up, but now that i've joined I just book a couple weeks ahead of time and get in all the classes I want. Highly recommend. I love Club Pilates! I have never been one to exercise, like I hate gyms. I got a few classes as a Mother's Day gift last year and was hooked almost immediately. I started off taking 4 classes a month, then 8, now I have the unlimited membership and I'm 60 classes in! I'm loving how I feel. I'm stronger, more energized and I really enjoy the teachers! I love taking class with Greta, Sarah Lucia and Wendy. All 3 of these ladies are positive, encouraging teachers who work hard to make our classes challenging and fun. Unfortunately, this specific location is very inconsistent regarding their policies and when to enforce it. For over two years, I have been on and off doing three month contracts at a time and I have never been asked to sign a cancellation waiver after my three month contract was done. However, this time they decided to enforce this policy and charge me without notice. As a courtesy or even as good customer service , the Manager refused to refund me even though I've been a member for several years. She refused to meet me halfway or try to fix the situation. I explained to her for the past two years you have never asked me to sign a waiver why this time and she stopped Emailing me back. read more

I love love this studio! Im a beginner at Pilates in general and I am hooked, the instructors are awesome at what they do and after 100 classes I still get surprised with new exercises and new challenges. I do have to mention, the girls in the front have a countdown and milestone tracker, my name has never been on the board, I was looking forward to taking a picture for my 100th class as Ive seen other do and I was never acknowledged.
