In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! Now with the renovation, there's a lot more space on the floor. Basketball court has been removed, which has allowed for a lot more machines. Not sure we needed this many punching bags but at least it's variety. Lot more cages and a ton more leg machines, but now there aren't enough plates. They've also doubled the cable machines and moved everything around to allow for less crowding. Restroom is still gross. I wish they would've done some work there. Sinks are always busted. Overall happy with the upgrades. Not fighting for machines anymore.

Recently, I told a team member, yet again, about the danger of this and 24 hour worker put a handwritten note on the 2 machines, and of course, the notes are gone now. I'm in here today and noticed, yet again, a lady getting kicked of a machine because they are still broken and have no note that they're broken. Why am I writing this review: Firstly, because nothing has been fixed and people are/could be getting hurt. Secondly, to be cautious of these machines and that if anyone has been hurt on these machines, the company has known about it for months. Please, please use caution on these machines and approach them as if you might get kicked off. Please don't hurt yourself. I have been a member of this gym in Eastvale since it opened 2013, I believe. The new renovations are beautiful; however, when the machines remain broken and can literally cause bodily damage to members because of it, I question the (24 Hours) priorities. I originally started Pilates to supplement my running (I enjoy doing half marathons), and it has made such a big difference in my flexibility, core strength, and overall body strength. It's honestly been a game changer. Now I am at 2.0 level classes, and I love that I am constantly being challenged and still progressing. There are different class types depending on what your body needs, which makes it easy to mix things up and stay consistent. The app is super easy to use for booking classes, which makes scheduling really convenient. The location is great, and parking has never been an issue, which is always a plus.
