This place is awesome. I was a member until my insurance decided to delete coverage. But l will be deciding to go back in 2026. I recently invited members of my Girltrek crew to attend a group class, it was a blast. Ryling was our instructor. She is a excellent and knowledgeable teacher. The only things is they are very strict on the 12 hr cancellation policy if you don't have unlimited. Even when not feeling well they will not reschedule which will result in a cancellation. They used to be a bit more flexible. I've been coming here for almost 1 yr. Things have definitely slowly been shifting. read more

I began Pilates after a fall that herniated 4 discs in my neck and causing a great deal of pain in my whole body but especially my neck and hips. I'd called around to a couple of different studios before joining, one studio was the same distance but more difficult to get so I waited for Woodsons Reverse to open. The gentleman that I spoke with was informative and kind, willingly giving me a lot of information for me to "want" this studio. I'm glad I waited. The staff, in my opinion, is spectacular! They listen to your concerns offering solutions to whatever it might be. They have taken the time to show me the correct moves to maximize my workouts. I'm 65 years old and I am in better shape than I was in my 50's or even my 40's. After my fall, I had a real fear of the drugs that might be given to me to control pain and discomfort and I refused to go down the path of pain management with 30 day pain pill rotations. So, the only thing I knew for sure was that exercise, movement and strengthening my muscles was the only way to control my pain. An added bonus has been losing 25 lbs. as direct result of getting into better shape. The instructors have been instrumental in my fitness journey. We laugh a lot during class, teasing about some of the positioning that takes a bit of coordination to get into. Everyone knows my name. I am treated extremely well. Member suggestions are listened to and implemented. We have Taco Tuesday's and Wednesday's Pizza. My favorite are the food drives during Thanksgiving and Christmas for those less fortunate than ourselves. The studio offers many extra's as well, for example, during breast cancer awareness month we had an oncology specialist come and talk with us as a group. The studio is a place of comfort. I enjoy the other members and I LOVE it when I see men in class and women with their husbands joining them. It's a great studio to part of and anyone considering joining and beginning a fitness journey this studio is definitely the place to be. read more

I can honestly say as a new Pilates girl that they actually take the time to make sure your form is right and that you're doing the exercises safely. I love the interaction with the instructors and it didn't feel so fast paced that I couldn't keep up. read more

This place is amazing have been to several types of classes with serval instructors. All are fantastic and love what they do. The staff makes an effort to get to know everyone on a first name basis. This place is a God send! It's five minutes from my home. It has lots of classes at convenient times. No class is ever the same. It's a total body workout. They have all different levels. The teachers are nice and very knowledgeable in the technical aspects of Pilates. I felt supported and encouraged to go at my own pace. I have never in my life exercised consistently. I didn't like it, nor was I interested. As I get older, I realize I need to do something to get strong and healthy. I am so happy I thought to give Pilates a try. I fell in love with Pilates at my intro class and am still in love with it. My experience at Club Pilates Grand Oaks has been phenomenal and it's because of the instructor's. ALL of my teachers have been AMAZINGLY knowledgeable, helpful, kind, supportive, friendly and funny. I wouldn't have achieved the progress I've enjoyed without their skill and guidance. I also love my fellow club mates. They always have an encouraging smile to share. The staff is friendly and they were able to answer all my questions. The building and equipment were clean. It was a great workout and my muscles were sore the next day. The pace of the workout is fast so you have to pay attention. I would have signed up for more classes per month but it's a pricey membership. read more

Club Pilates at Woodsen's Reserve is a beautiful studio. The staff is excellent for all levels, the classes are wonderful and the clients are friendly and nice to be with. It's easy to schedule using the app. The equipment is new and state of the art and the air system works incredibly well. I started over 3 months ago post knee replacements in both knees and Pilates has had a significant, positive impact on my recovery. Love this studio! read more

After attending one intro class I decided to sign up for a membership. A few days later I tore a muscle in my rotator cuff and had surgery the following week. I called Club Pilates to ask for a refund because I will be in a sling for minimum of 4 weeks and will have to be in Physical Therapy for 6 weeks after. They asked me to send them documentation from my doctor with proof that I was receiving surgery. I sent them everything they asked for but they still wouldn't give me a refund. I am out of pocket almost $300. I paid for the membership, the socks they required, the sign up fee, and a $15 account hold fee. These people took my money and will not give it back. Be careful with this place!!! All they care about is money. I will never return and will never recommend this place. I live in Woodsons Reserve and will tell ALL of my neighbors to be aware of this place. read more
