I attend the hot Pilates. You do have to bring your own mat. Bring a small towel because you will definitely sweat, grip socks and a bottle of water.. the studio is very clean. They have cubbies to put all your personal belongings while you're in the class.. the bathrooms are stocked with basic necessities like deodorant, some hair ties, etc. plus they do offer like mints lol it's just a cute added touch to their brand. If you do forget your mat, they do have one that you can borrow, but they are limited. Raquel is an amazing instructor. She is consistently cheering you on. Her classes is tough but you want it to be tough otherwise what's the point of going and not getting a workout? Honestly, I'm not sure if there's really an easy Pilates class lol. I am currently taking this class with my ClassPass so it leaves me open to be able to explore workout programs that work best for me. I am appreciative that the studio is on ClassPass. Otherwise I probably would have never attempted to try their classes. I highly recommend checking them out. The hot Pilates is my favorite.

From the size of the classes and amazing instructors I truly found a workout routine that not only motivates me but is starting to make me feel confident in my body! Every instructor I met truly brings a new perspective but truly pushes me in a way I could never do on my own in the gym. I love that the classes are never too big so even though it's a group workout you still get personal attention when you need assistance and guidance. The music varies in a good way. The only thing I wish is that my location had more options in class variety outside of level 1 and 2. The owner is also very nice and helpful whenever I have questions the instructors can't resolve right away. It may be a little pricy but I am grateful to find something that helps me kickstart my fitness journey in a way that motivates me in all the best kind ways.

The reformer classes are great and my go to classes but ai recently tried out the mat class and I was humbled. The weights are smooth and easy to hold, not dumbbells. The instructor was great, she modified for my shoulder impingement and I was still able to get a great workout. Class sizes are small, which is ideal. The studio was cute and well maintained. Its also right by Jeffs bagel so you can grab a quick coffee after class. Definitely worth trying out.and they have multiple locations so wherever you are in town, theres a studio within your reach. My personal fav is this winter garden/ocoee location.

So I've been trying out different fitness locations and this one was close to home so I decided to…read moretry it out. I signed up for the hot yoga class at around 10am a couple Sundays ago. The location is right off the street so it's really easy to park near the parking garage and walk around to the front. When I walked in I noticed a clean lobby area with merchandise to sell. It was clean and tidy and well lit. I always love to walk into a clean lobby area especially before a fitness class. I met the person at the desk who happened to be the teacher and she had me fill out a waiver since it was my first time and she also introduced me to the studio space. She explained a little about what the various supplies were for and where the bathroom was. Now, there were only 4 other students in the class which was so great to get that personalized experience and she was a great yoga instructor. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because when I saw "hot yoga" I thought I would be dripping with sweat. Instead, there were three space heaters along the wall that really didn't translate to hot yoga at all. But I want to give credit to the teacher who was a great instructor and I would be more than willing to come do their barre classes or other courses available! I would recommend for sure! But if you're looking for that sweaty hot yoga session, this wouldn't be the place.

I tried out my first class which was free, and there were only a few other ladies at the 6am class,…read moreso I got a lot of personal attention and guidance from the instructor, Elizabeth. The class started with a 10 minute warm up followed by 3 15-minute "blocks" of activities that focused on arms, legs, and core strength. We then finished with some light stretching and yoga poses. I was expecting more exercises using the bar given the studio name, but we only used it for the 15 minutes working on the thigh exercises. As a first time visitor with no experience in ballet, I was still able to keep up and perform the exercises. I especially appreciated how Elizabeth gave many tips on good form and which muscles to focus on, but I would've liked if she had provided modified versions of the activities (she only offered more difficult variations). Overall, the class had very balanced, holistic exercises that would be great for runners, climbers, and anyone looking for hip-opening exercises or ways to develop more well-rounded strength. Membership is $139/month ($125/month for students), and after the free first class, there is also a $49 2-week trial option. Those options include unlimited classes, but you can also get 6-class and 8-class packs for about $100-125.

Located in a shopping plaza facing Narcoossee Rd, this studio has a shared parking lot with the other surrounding businesses with access to a good amount of parking spaces. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised of how clean and spacious the space is. They split up the studio into 2 sections...where in the front they have reformer machines for regular pilate classes and in the back they have a heated room for the hot flow classes. Both of the times I have gone I had such amazing instructors for hot pilates. They both were very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating when it comes to providing alternative modifications if needed... and boy... let me tell ya'll I left drenched in sweat... feeling extra relaxed! I went to a 5:30 barre class and during the warmup began feeling very lightheaded. I hadn't eaten enough, and I just realized it. I sat down a couple time during the class (which felt especially awkward since there were only 3 people in class) because I feared I'd pass out. This happens a lot to me, but it's not fun. I felt the color flush from my cheeks. The instructor checked on me quietly to make sure I was fine, and had the front desk attendant follow up. I was eating nuts in the lounge area and the front desk girl offered me an ice pack and protein bar. I took the bar and ate it but still wasn't feeling well. She checked on me again and offered to give me a free class pass so I could come back and actually enjoy the workout. She cleaned up my mat and equipment for me and told me to feel better. As someone who's fainted at concerts, doctor's offices, fast food restaurants, and everywhere else, I know how embarrassing it can be. These ladies made me feel so comforted!!! They kept class going so I didn't feel like a distraction, made sure I was okay and ensured I'd be back to appreciate the class another day. Love this community of kind hearted women!
