It is well kept up with and doesn't have that gross gym smell. There is always staff cleaning throughout it the day. Even though it's been open several years now, they still add to it and make improvements so it is well taken care of. There are all types, levels, and ages of people who come so no one should feel out of place The staff in the mornings and afternoon are extremely friendly. Always welcome you with a smile on their face and are very helpful. My only recommendations for improvement are that the equipment could use a deep cleaning more often, and there is no airflow in the squat rack corner. It gets very warm and stagnant so a fan would be useful. I used to go to the Eos on Ehrlich but that location was not kept up with and very dirty. It is worth driving a few minutes longer to go to this location.

ABC Fitness Solutions, which handles billing and membership services for EOS, provided written instructions stating that a payment of $116.92 was required to complete the cancellation process. We paid that amount as instructed and reasonably believed everything had been taken care of. Months later, we discovered that one of the accounts had been sent to collections. After numerous phone calls and emails, we were told that there had been a communication issue during the cancellation process. ABC Fitness and EOS now claim that a separate balance existed on the account prior to cancellation. However, that was never clearly communicated to us when we were given the instructions on what was required to complete the cancellation. What has been most disappointing is not just the original issue, but the lack of follow-through afterward. Multiple representatives and supervisors have advised that they would provide updates, review the matter, or contact us with next steps. Despite repeated assurances, those follow-ups never happened. My concern is simple: customers should be able to rely on the billing and cancellation instructions provided by the company's authorized membership servicing provider. If additional amounts are owed, that information should be clearly communicated before an account is sent to collections. Based on my experience, What should have been a simple membership cancellation became a lengthy dispute involving customer service, management, and a collection agency and is still going on. I don't think any other gyms around has an indoor lap pool. I don't like swimming outside and having the sun age my skin. What could be better? Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.
