My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.

Scam artists. First appointment was interview with intern (who was gone within a month). Then they couldn't figure out billing even after we connected them with our our insurance representative. He said Hayes Chiropractic needed to straighten things out on their end. Now, over a year later, I received a bill for over $100 from Hayes Chiropractic. No date of service or explanation of services. Just a random bill. Next stop, The Better Business Bureau and Florida State Attorney General. I'm sure there are many other clients who have also been screwed by these quacks so I'm going to investigate further. Enough is enough.
