Scam artists. First appointment was interview with intern (who was gone within a month). I hadn't been in an accident or anything, but she insisted I have x-rays if I wanted an adjustment at the NEXT appointment. Then they couldn't figure out billing even after we connected them with our our insurance representative. He said Hayes Chiropractic needed to straighten things out on their end. Now, over a year later, I received a bill for over $100 from Hayes Chiropractic. No date of service or explanation of services. Just a random bill. Next stop, The Better Business Bureau and Florida State Attorney General. I'm sure there are many other clients who have also been screwed by these quacks so I'm going to investigate further. Dr Chris and Dr Diane are amazing. if not for these 2 amazing people my husband would not know today that he had a big cancerous Mass on his kidney! yes Dr.Chris took an X-ray as a new patient and thought he saw something on his L-3 and sent my husband for an mri to look closer, as a result he sent him to a orthopedic doctor who informed us it was not his L3 but on his kidney. Dr. Chris immediately ordered an mri of his abdomen and pelvis and my husband did a biopsy and is now having his kidney removed and praying it has not spread. Dr.Chris saved my husbands life , he found it he is an amazing doctor. we can't thank you enough for what you have done for our family. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. The staff and doctors are con-artists. Do not trust any chiropractor who says you need a second visit to get the results of your initial consultation. BUT IT GETS so much worse... FAST talking doctor won't let you get a word in and then the staff tries to fast talk you into multiple visits a week. The worst part is that my insurance was covering my visits with a $15 co-pay and then I got a call months after I stopped going saying that I owed more... Today I just got a collection bill. Caution!!! These people are scam artists. They charged extra for "pads" they claimed they were necessary for the visit. They charged extra for X-Rays which, I understand except, they also billed for them after we paid. They then claimed we didn't pay for visits because they were charging twice the deductible. I have receipts that show I paid every visit at the office. They won't even see you until you've paid the deductible. They then submitted additional visits to my insurance. Those visits were NOT valid! I did NOT have an appointment & did not go to their office. They still keep sending new bills. I've contacted my insurance. They've assured me all claims were paid. Now, they claim I owe them for office visits from months AFTER my last visit! What a joke! If you go here, be sure to save your receipts. They will try to scam you, months later. Also, be prepared to pay for all their "extras" oh yeah, those "Extras" also are to remain at their office. They claim they keep them for your own, personal use. Yeah, right! Beware!!! I would not put it past them to be reusing these extra items that they charged us for. I have alerted my insurance company and advised them that those services were actually NOT rendered. They were NOT valid and billing for these services constitutes FRAUD on their part! read more

I visited Hayes family circus in pain needing an adjustment and this place was anything but a chiropractor. I've been to many having back and neck issues. being an athlete I have utilized these services regularly for years. It seems more like one of those places you go when you've been in a car accident and your trying to sue people for money. My first treatment consisted of x rays. Upselling of dr schols pads and a ten minute ice and traction session but the traction was on one of those tables that barley moves. Not effective not worth the 10$ co pay and 15$ they charge you for the x rays I didn't ask for. He doesn't adjust on the first visit for "liability" reasons. Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star. Spent over an Hour filling out paperwork as my treatment was all covered by insurance but after a Tour which I could tell so they were setting me up for UpSells they put me in an office and had me filling out more paperwork and asked me questions which had nothing to do with the issues I was sent there for which lasted about another 30-45 mins & still never saw anyone but office Girls and then even tho Insurance sent me they wanted me to sign another paper which I read and it said I would be Personally Financially Responsible ... WT ? I told them insurance sent me and if it wasn't covered and they couldn't get my Adjuster to Approve it I didn't evidently need it and I told them I wasn't able to work and had no income and in over a year of seeing Doctors I've never been asked to sign such a piece of Paper holding me Financially Responsible. So after leaving me Again in this office alone for about 20 mins the Dr. finally came in and again tried to convince me its a standard form even tho I Again insurance sent me , was paying for all my treatment and I've never had to sign such a form which he said it's a standard form he said he's sure I've signed at other Dr's offices , so after informing after wasting around 2 hours of my time he said he couldn't help me IF I WOULDN'T SIGN !!! I told him if my insurance told me to sign it I would but I was not signing it and felt I probably needed another Chiropractor So the Company that booked it for the insurance Co and my Adjuster Both said I was right to not sign any such paper and they would be Filing a Complaint so they wouldn't send anyone else there. I tried to get the papers I filled out given back to me and each time I stopped by there it was always an excuse from the Dr. that a certain person wasn't there. When I finally got the person there I was told I could Only Have Copies and it would take a few days and they would Charge me ???? Really ? Even tho I told them I was told I wasn't supposed to sign Any such form I informed them I had the option of Filing my own complaint as the Company did already The Dr was there in the front and never said a word and the two girls there were rude and one got really rude to me IT'S A SCAM AND ALL ABOUT TRYING TO UPSELL AND SET U UP TO BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE SO THEY CAN UPSELL U AND BILL YOU. NEVER BEEN TO A CHIRO AND TREATED SO BAD. ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER AND HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE TREATMENT I GOT THERE. They even took me in a Weight Loss Supplement Room on my tour. Visited here to get a massage done. I'm a veteran for deep tissue massages. I have extremely tight shoulders, neck, and trouble with my elbows and hands due to carpal tunnel. I have extremely high expectations for LMTs but never get my hopes up because there are so many bad ones out there. I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I've ever had.
