In the pass I have gone to 3 other local weight loss centers. Two were the same song and dance. Your weekly visit weight in get a b12 shot and prescription that was it. You were just number to them. The last one was little different but still just number. They just offered additional fat burning shots and prepared food if you wanted to buy it. However, you did not get choose from menu. It was what ever they decided to make for week. I did best there compared to the first two and referred people there. Connie, the nurse practitioner, took the time to go over all my medical history my needs and created a personalized nutritional plan that was able to help ME achieve my goals. They help me not only on day one but week after week taking always the time to coach me help me through struggles, gave me recipes ideas, and keeping me motivated to complete my journey to a healthier me. I leave a healthy and busy lifestyle. In my late 70's I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, and go kart racing.
