After reading the response from the owner, Christa Bledsoe, I'd like to make a few things quite clear on my review. 1) Her business is obviously a con. There are many very similar reviews posted on here with a very common pattern: Person hires ClutterSort, they pre-pay ClutterSort and sign a "No Refunds" contract, ClutterSort works for part of a day, ClutterSort never comes back and profits. 2) Christa's responses to negative reviews all say something to the effect of "but, you signed a no refunds contract." This is how she continues defending this con. Christa specifically told us she WOULD give us a refund (as several other reviews have also stated). 3) Christa also has not made any effort (outside of these reviews) to contact us or refund our money OR even do the work we paid her for. 4) She has no interest in coming back and performing the work that her service agreed to provide in the first place. Updated: Not one thing Christa has said in her reply is true. Read all the reviews for yourself. There is a pattern of behavior here. Ignore it at your own risk. If I could give zero stars, I would. Count me as another client Christa robbed. She started the job and then delay, delay, delay, no show, no show. I finally gave up and asked for a partial refund. She agreed, but I never got any money back. Got the old, "check's in the mail" then she stopped answering my texts. Since some clients seem the be pleased, I think it boils down to the work isn't enough to sustain her, so she can't do half of the jobs she signs up for, so half her clients get a good job and the other half gets stiffed. She stole over $4,000 from me. It's not worth the risk, there are others out there who do all of the jobs they sign up for, so try someone else. read more

Avoid at all costs. In our case the cost was $1200, which is yet to be refunded, despite promises. We hired Christa Bledsoe(the owner/founder of Cluttersort) to do some work for us and it had a nice result, so we thought we'd do additional work in the garage and kitchen, and we pre-paid w/ a check for an additional $1200. Long story short, she cashed that check but never did any of the work. After many failed attempts to reschedule, she was offered a refund but never delivered it. Last time she answered her phone, and actually spoke with us she promised to do the work as she couldn't provide the refund, but only after an out of town trip. Of course, promised date rolled around and nothing happened, no answered calls or emails since. This as in November 2015 and is now May 2016. Christa Bledsoe told us a number of things that were not true, specifically that she used the money on her father's funeral circa September 2015, but he is still alive and well. This is not the behavior of a real company. Update: This is not a fake review and the response from the business is typical of kind of avoidance of responsibility encountered while trying to obtain the refund that was offered, but never delivered. The contract was with my wife, the $1200 was drawn from our joint account, and she certainly agrees with this review. read more

Christa and Alex totally did a job my girlfriend and I couldn't of done ourselves. We were Refered to her by our realtor and I'm so happy with our home! The storage and decorating finally match and it's amazing:) Christa explained the process, what to expect, and what she needed from us and our opinion on the storage solution and the design genre we would hoping to go for in our new space. We are new to Ca and our home was allot bigger so we downsized to a certain degree and we were really lost on where to start and how to obtain the outcome and vision we wanted. Ive been meaning to leave this review. Christa and Alex wers tremendously amazing at decorating my salon and setting up a inventory system for our hair products. Everything was explained i was able to get the vision i wanted for the space. I got a discount oc the shelving and thsy had a great handyman assist free of charge. I hired cluttersort to help unpack and organize my studio in 2018.... I hired two people and only crystal came to unpack my things while christa kept sending me texts that her father was ill. We were empresses with all the storage options and we never thought we could have a place for everything. We loved that they do the shopping for us. This was a great time saver. ClutterSort has been yet another great great help. We've been using them on multiple locations for awhile and I always get great results. We've done 2 homes and an office. This one star review goes to Christa for no-showing on our appointment with no explanation and not returning my calls afterwards. Very amateur business. The first time I called the number on the website, an older woman answered, which was very awkward. I feel like it was her house phone and it was her mother who gave the phone to Christa when I made my appointment. When the day of my appointment came with no sign of Christa, I called and went to voicemail. When I called again, I feel like it was her house phone again and I expressed my dissatisfaction with her husband. He said he would be sure to have her call me back and rectify the situation. Christa scammed me in Parker, Colorado in 2013. She knew I needed help getting my home ready for my son after brain surgery but she took my money for barely any work, took stuff to donate under HER name and not mine, and dumped my trash on a neighbor's property instead of in a dumpster (yes, I got in trouble for it). Oh, and never came back, so my home was pretty much worse instead of better when I rolled my son home. She is a liar, and I can't believe this incompetent scam artist is still in business. read more

Christa and Cristal were great the job couldn't of been a better experience we have had our share of bad contractors in the past but they weren't anything short of amazing ! We had downsized and moved closer to the beach so much of the stuff didn't make sense in our home anymore and they came and created a great plan and the ability to see my vision too and implement details was impressive. I hired ClutterSort to help me get my things back in order after 2 years of grad school, work and internships ended with endless amounts of stuff piled up. Unfortunately I could only afford getting one room complete, my kitchen, which looked awesome after. However, I do intend to one day hire them again to help me with my living space/office. They were professional, understanding, and patient with my dog and foster dog. The dogs were nervous about the commotion. Do not waste your time or money. The lack of professionalism has been completely unbelievable. I hired her to oversee our move which was supposed to include purging, packing, moving, unpacking and organizing in our new space. Well, I guess her contract and reputation mean nothing to her based on her unresponsiveness to complete the job. I could recount everything that has gone wrong while I sit here among boxes and chaos but I think my point has been made. Be careful before hiring clutter sort and do your homework! Christa Bledsoe with Clutter Sort was hired to do a project for me. After working 1 day she required to be paid in full before returning to finish the job (this was a large job). I paid her the the contracted amount that day and she never returned to complete job or returned the money. Also note, on her website she claims to be a member of NAPO (National Assocation of Professional Organizers). I contacted this organization and she is not a member. Just a warning to be very careful... she may or may not do a good job organizing your home but she is not as advertised. read more

She constantly rescheduled with us and complained of car crashes, being sick, leaving her computer at her boyfriend's house, etc. We finally asked for our money back and she stopped responding to all communication. read more

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I hired Christa and she is very hard working and quite good at organizing. She helped me see our space differently and I'm extremely pleased with the results. We have "taken back" our home to make it work for us, and Christa was instrumental in doing this. I could never have done this or figured out how to reorganize my house by myself. I'm quite pleased. I did the donation process myself so I can't comment on that. It is a lot of work and you HAVE to work with the organizer to make decisions on what to keep and where it should go. If you are expecting to have someone do your house without your input, you are missing the point. You have to know where things are going to be and you have the option of saying no to what you don't like. I'm happier with my home than I have been in years thanks to Christa's hard work and knowledge. read more

ClutterSort helped us at our office and rental property we were selling. Could not believe the amount of work done for the time. I was a little hesitant at spending the money on a organizing service but it was well worth it. Everything is put away and stored so nicely. Our files are awesome and we now scan allot of documents and are not drowning in unless paperwork. The storage and creative side was impressive. They were hard working and easy to communicate with.
