The branch is well laid out on one level and there is a cashpoint outside too. The branch offers a wide range of financial services from mortgages to loans and queries are dealt with efficiently. The staff in this Nationwide branch are extremely helpful and friendly. The lady who served us…read moremanaged to sort out all the mistakes another branch and the people in the call centre had made within 10 minutes and she did not make us feel like we were taking up too much time. They are also very good at keeping appointment times and have never kept me waiting. The branch looks stylish and modern and is very well laid out. I think the main reason this branch has less queues is that is slightly out of town, the only problem is that it is hard to park nearby.

There is normally a customer service advisor on hands as well to help with any questions you may have, or if your just paying money in, to help you with that. My only negative point about the bank is that they can be quite persisitant at times to try and make an apppointment for you to see a mortgage advisor, or to have a review of your account. But they do have internet banking available which is quick and easy to set up, and one sure fire way to avoid those annoying sales pitches in the bank.

A lot of people…read morefrom the agricultural industry use this branch as it is right next door to the auction mart on the Rosehill Industrial Estate. It is also handy if I want cash out over the counter or a balance instead of queueing at the cash machines at the nearby Tesco. It is really easy to park here as there is a bit of a car park at the front of the branch and loads of parking on the street aswell. I prefer to come here as it is also easier than going into the branch in town, and much quicker aswell. It offers all the services that the main branch does in respect to every day banking, loans and mortgages are dealt with at the other branch. The staff are really friendly and efficient and there has never been a queue when I have been.
