Just like the SD location, I received prior texts from my driver David letting me know what time he was arriving. I remember this experience from my SD to LA trip and it gives me such peace of mind. The communication between myself and the company from booking to getting picked up is always on point. David arrived 10 min early and let me know that he was ready whenever I was. He was waiting for me outside the car. He loaded my luggage and opened my door for me. He was so kind and easy to talk to. The ride was about 2.5hours and it was relaxing. The Escalade was brand new, beautiful and VERY CLEAN (this is my #1 concern when using a car service, they exceeded my expectations again) I booked through the online reservation system which was easy, convenient. I received a confirmation right away, I called in because I had a question about wanting to make a stop on my way up (needed to pick up a friend) before my destination and I spoke with Tracey who was so helpful and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable when it came to the AZ area and was able to add on my stop and adjusted my reservation because I forgot. Looking forward to my next trip with my new go to company.

My flight crew was picked up at the airport, taken to the hotel and on the ride to the hotel we were given the lay of the land. Where to eat, party, get cigars and all for a great price. The driver was good and made reservations for us since our time was limited, he was on time picking us up and he knew where he was going. Detours around town were no obstacle, he knew how to get around without major delays in traffic. We ate, hit a couple of clubs and made it back to the hotel at the time we wanted and my crew and I were very happy with this service. Cheaper than renting a car without all the hassles! Big problem was with the pick up at the airport, i called at 2 that afternoon to confirm he would be there. He confirmed he had all flight information and would track our flight. I requested the driver text me as to where he wanted to pick us up at, which door and side. He assured he would. Our flight showed up a few minutes early, never heard from driver so I called Scott(owner) no answer, left message and waited for baggage. Baggage arrived and called again, still no answer, left another message and headed outside, didn't see limo, called and sent text messages, no response until about an hour after first phone call when Scott finally answered the phone. Says he was sorry but they had a problem with the car and he has another that was at the airport and he could send it to pick me up. I asked why he didn't let me know prior to this point, no response. He asked where exactly we were and what I was wearing so driver would recognize me. Says he would be there within 5 minutes. Needless to say his limo never showed and I was able to get another one there. Nothing worse than unnecessary stress at the end of a trip because you hired the wrong limo service. Do yourself a favor and do not even think about giving this company a try.

We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. So when I am thinking about a taxi company I'm thinking about a company that's local that provides good service with good drivers and decent vehicles. When I went looking for a taxi company in Scottsdale I immediately noticed that Scottsdale Cab company had plenty of reviews and that they had been around for quite some time and had a track record of providing good service. I felt that would be the safest route to take and boy was I right. The taxi that arrived was clean the driver was very well dressed and polite and the car actually got to my residence about 15 minutes early. The driver knocked on my door and assisted me with my luggage and we got to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
