When I went to pick up my vehicle, my paperwork showed a request for an alignment, but nothing confirming the work had actually been performed. When I asked the service manager, Shawn, to confirm the alignment was done, he adamantly insisted it was, without checking the system, speaking to the technician, or verifying anything. When I asked for the standard alignment spec sheet, he claimed the printer was broken. He lied directly to my face. The moment I drove off the lot, the car pulled hard to the right. I brought the car back first thing the next morning (it was already closing time the day of). The technician immediately put the car on the rack and let me view the screen: the alignment was severely off on two of the four newly mounted tires. To top it off, the technician handed me a printed spec sheet without hesitation--proving the "broken printer" excuse the day before was just a cover-up to rush me out the door for service they never performed. I lost two hours of my Sunday morning getting the work done that I had already paid for the previous day. The lobby features a quote from founder Harvey Firestone: "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." Clearly, Shawn and this location missed the memo. Avoid this shop if you value honest service and your time.
