Wow, Kody G. It almost sounds like we are talking about two different businesses. I've been there several times and they have been great every time. It's too bad you didn't say a little more about your vehicle (make/model) and what kind of repair was done. Car repair, especially on newer ones, can get expensive, that's just a fact of life. And repairs on older one's can sometimes be tricky and at this shop and others, sometimes it just takes more than one trip into the shop to get it ironed out. I have had two of my three vehicles in to CM Equipment in Lone Oak, Texas. Both times Chris took good care of them and for a great price. I have never had a problem with either of the problems that he fixed. I took my 93 Ford F150 in to see Chris and he took care of the problem quickly and I have had no issues since.
