Kind, quick, attentive, reasonable prices…read more I just went and got two new tires put on my truck today, after calling earlier to check if they had them in stock. They had two sets of new tires in stock at different price points, and said I can get a deal if I paid in cash. The prices were comparable to my local tire dealer and they were located closer to me, so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was met by Rodolfo, who turned out to be a very kind and soft-spoken young man. He showed me the tires I asked about and after I selected the ones he told me to pull the truck in the bay and invited me and my child to wait in the lobby, which had several comfortable chairs and a large TV screen that shows you the inside of the garage. It was a comfortable wait They spotted a small screw in the sidewall of one of my original tires. He said it would be about $45 to patch a side wall. When I checked with my local tire dealer, they're willing to do $10 plugs or patches, if it's some thing they can patch. When I told Rodolfo this, he said he'd be willing to price match it. It took Rodolfo and his coworker less than 30 minutes to move my back tires forward and put two new tires on the back. His coworker was a young Caucasian man with a beard and mustache, that was also very kind but I didn't get his name. When it came time to pay, I paid with my debit card and I had misunderstood debit card as the same as cash. Rodolfo noted the misunderstanding, but left the ticket as it was. I felt so bad for the misunderstanding, but he just smiled said it would be fine. In addition, he decided since this was my first time there, there would be no charge for the sidewall patch at all,. He's a very generous guy, and he says the owner is also a very, very kind man. It definitely shows in their workmanship. They offered to drive my truck around, and even noted a rattling sound coming from my wheels of my truck, and they wanted to double check that they had not caused it to rattle. I reassured then that was a noise original to my truck wheels it had always made, and they complimented my truck and hoped that I return. I would have no problem giving them more business in the future.

Today it looks like I need to replace 2 tires before I hit a nasty pothole and can pop them. I checked into this nice place about 11:20 am and the man said there would be an wait. I agreed to it because some big truck stops or other places it could take 6 or more hours and that's just to get in. At any rate 2 hours go by and he has me pull into the middle bay and changed the trailer tire fast. I turned my truck around so he could get to the other and it turned into a 3 hour project. They do have a nice tv lounge for customers that has coffee or hot chocolate and leather chairs to watch tv. There is a truck stop next door that has McDonald's if your hungry. They finished 2 tires within 5 hours but were very nice people and friendly. The price of $800 for 2 tires is just awesome so I'm not going to complain. They are very busy and take you in the order if you don't have an appointment. So maybe call 1st for an appointment to cut down on time waiting.

First, I would like to acknowledge the fact that I typically shop at discount tires. The reason why I didn't select them this time is because I'm on a strict budget for a few months, and discount tires are a bit pricey and the wait at most locations are extensive. I'm still trying to figure out how NASCAR pit crews can change 4 tires in 3 seconds but it take discount tires 3 hours on average based off of my experience at my local shop. I never used NTB. The only reason why I thought about them is because I had a friend that worked for them way back in the day. I don't know they were still around. I just knew my friend became a tire expert after working there. So I checked the price and they had tires for my vehicle for a great price in comparison to all the other tire shops I searched. I scheduled an appointment on the website, and paid a $25 deposit on checkout of the tires I selected. When I got there this morning, the doors opened 5 minutes before 8a and I was quickly greeted by the guy that unlocked the door. I let him know I had an appointment at 8 and he pulled up my information right away, verifying my name and the service I was getting. Out of caution, he asked me if the price that I selected online was the same price in the system, and it was not. It fact it was about $100 more than what I selected on their website. I showed him my email with the amount due at the bottom and he corrected the price. At 8:20, another employees pulled my car around back and started on my tires. They were done at 8:55a. The service was so quick and efficient, that I was super skeptical about the quality of the installation. So far, no issue. I must say that I'm impressed with the entire staff at that location. Got 4 new tires at a great price, and installed in a timely manner.
