Kind, quick, attentive, reasonable prices…read more I just went and got two new tires put on my truck today, after calling earlier to check if they had them in stock. They had two sets of new tires in stock at different price points, and said I can get a deal if I paid in cash. The prices were comparable to my local tire dealer and they were located closer to me, so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was met by Rodolfo, who turned out to be a very kind and soft-spoken young man. He showed me the tires I asked about and after I selected the ones he told me to pull the truck in the bay and invited me and my child to wait in the lobby, which had several comfortable chairs and a large TV screen that shows you the inside of the garage. It was a comfortable wait They spotted a small screw in the sidewall of one of my original tires. He said it would be about $45 to patch a side wall. When I checked with my local tire dealer, they're willing to do $10 plugs or patches, if it's some thing they can patch. When I told Rodolfo this, he said he'd be willing to price match it. It took Rodolfo and his coworker less than 30 minutes to move my back tires forward and put two new tires on the back. His coworker was a young Caucasian man with a beard and mustache, that was also very kind but I didn't get his name. When it came time to pay, I paid with my debit card and I had misunderstood debit card as the same as cash. Rodolfo noted the misunderstanding, but left the ticket as it was. I felt so bad for the misunderstanding, but he just smiled said it would be fine. In addition, he decided since this was my first time there, there would be no charge for the sidewall patch at all,. He's a very generous guy, and he says the owner is also a very, very kind man. It definitely shows in their workmanship. They offered to drive my truck around, and even noted a rattling sound coming from my wheels of my truck, and they wanted to double check that they had not caused it to rattle. I reassured then that was a noise original to my truck wheels it had always made, and they complimented my truck and hoped that I return. I would have no problem giving them more business in the future.

I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.

Took my car to get it looked at for an AC problem was told that they couldn't find a leak. I…read morespecifically told them I had a leak in the condenser that you could literally hear. I got my car back and AC was not working I was told they had added dye to the system so they can locate the "leak" and filled my AC system back with refrigerant. Once I got my car back the AC was not working. I tried calling back but it was already 4pm and which they had closed on Saturday. I got charged 375 which included my oil change and the recharge to my system. I was told the AC was working but it turned out it wasn't, feels like I got scammed this time around. This wasn't the first time I've had them look at it and they keep saying I have no leak and that it cannot be located. I've pumped the system my self with refrigerant and you could hear the leak coming from the bottom of my condenser coil.

Best automotive repair experience I have had…read more Christmas Eve, I called more than 15 shops. Finally this one answered with knowledgeable assistance and personable demeanor. I had to be towed an hour to get there. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts brought even quicker and I was out there door with peace of mind for my holiday travels. They advised future issues that might come up, honored their parts and service with a warranty and have a very nice waiting room where I could work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I do not trust them to check the air…read morein my tires; it was that bad!!! Mitch did a great job with my transmission, that was the only positive. However, the other guys did not install my manual shifter correctly after 2 attempts & having my car for over 1.5 months. The shifter when installed correctly, is supposed to prevent anyone from going to into reverse instead of 1st gear. I was told to drive it a bit & bring it back, that happened twice. The problem was never fixed. You would think they would work on it right away since they had already received my payment but my car was thrown to the back of the line. After literally being bribed by one of the service managers, which I provided proof to the manager, the shifter installed incorrectly & being without my car for a long time due to all of the errors, I regret the day I let them work on my car.
