They had my vehicle over 3 months and had not done any work. We could not reach anyone no matter how many times we dialed the number. We moved the vehicle to another shop with the spare key and now cannot contact anyone to get the key they have and the missing radiator cap. I'm not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but this needs forewarned. i heard a rattling noise on my car and thought maybe it was the muffler. i took it to this shop and they tried to scam me out of $1100.00. i was told my catalytic converter was falling apart from the inside and needed to be replaced asap (there were no lights on in the car whatsoever). I asked for a quote and that was the price i was given. I took my car to the Platinum Dealership in terrell afterwards to see if their pricing was better or worth it more. They kept my car for 2 days looking for the real problem. They told me my converter was perfectly fine and the hanger was broken (a very small fix) and even sent me a video to show me the real problem. Something that simply needed to be welded was going to cost me $1100.00 had i not got a second opinion. Please do not take this shops word. My husband took my car in. My service lights were on. They said my wheel hub needed to be replaced and that would fix it. The lights came back on after a short drive home. So the problem was not fixed after spending $600. Then my husband thought that the car just needed to be reset and they said they have a guy. We were told they would reach out to him and let us know. NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK. So, we are out $600 and my car is still not fixed. Also, they are not reliable, since they can't keep their word. Go somewhere else. Waste of money and time. read more

The quality and standards of this business have taken a turn for the worst. Please get a second opinion, ask for your old parts and pay someone not affiliated with the business to check over the work you receive here. I wanted to review this company but from an old customer perspective. AAA use to be on HWY 34 across from Wells Fargo). My elderly mom was having an issue and had stopped in to get a quote. Not only did they put her old car in right there in front of her, he fixed it (sorry I don't remember what was the issue) I just know he welded something for her, and DID NOT charge her! I have sent teenage kids up there with my petsonal check-- and they've taken care of them--My family all have over the years used these guys for any and all of our exhaust related needs. They are 100% trustworthy honest and dependable folks. I would and have always refer people to them. And BTW I do not now nor have I ever known anyone on staff here. I had used them 30 years ago when I lived in the area. I moved back recently and as of yet didn't need any muffler work. Sunday night I heard a horrible thumping from under the car. I assumed that a hanger bracket had come loose. I remembered them from way back and thought I'd see if they could help me. I was greeted promptly and nicely, I told them what I THOUGHT the problem was and in 5 minutes the car was on the rack. He called me over to tell me a bolt holding the shock had come out and that was what I was hearing...my shock dragging the ground! He said he might have the correct bolt and to wait in the lounge. 10 minutes later my car was good to go. I went to pay and he said never mind..it was just a bolt and he was happy to get me safely on my way. That kindness has my patronage from now on. I think it was the owner who helped me (how many owners do that now days?). He could have charged me for new hangers and who knows what else (while only fixing the bolt) and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I'll be back and can recommend them to anyone. Open since 1978 so that tells you something right there. read more

Took my car to Triple A for an alignment. Without even looking at my car the man at the counter began to tell me I had broken suspension parts and would be looking at a couple 1000 dollars in parts and labor before he could do the alignment. He then asked me if I have full coverage insurance!! He must have thought that me being female made me an easy target to make some money. I left there and went to Oakley Tire where the mechanic actually lifted my car and checked everything out. All I need is an alignment and a possibly a bolt in one strut. Cost...$145 if it needs the bolt, $95 if it doesn't need the bolt. Good job Triple A. Your greediness just lost you money. read more
