They "refinished steps" that lead to the front of my house and all the steps are different heights making them a tripping hazard for everyone who walks up them. Called the township and learned the standards and none were applied when they did the steps. You'd think since this is their business they would measure and stay within them. They also built two steps from scratch and the first one is a whopping 9.6 inches high and the second one is 8.6. A whole inch difference. Now when I go to sell my house it is not up to code and I have to have them ripped out and started from scratch. Thanks APM.... you just cost me thousands to do business with you. When my family, friends and neighbors see my steps they say "WTF happened"? When you look at the pictures take note that they wet the stone/cement to make it look better. They had excellent office support and communication, and showed up when they said they would. All the people doing the work were nice and polite and hardworking and competent. It was a real pleasure to work with APM and judging from the photos of their other work, we will definitely call them for future projects.
