I signed up for a class (first one is free), and took the wrestling class last night. The coach definitely knows his stuff. The class was decent size, and mixed men's and women's. He put us through proper warm ups, reviewed techniques previously taught, and introduced some new moves (with variations). Lots of drills and some live scenarios and matches at the end. I didn't have time afterwards to try the jujitsu classes, but now I know where I'll be training the next time I visit.

Every single year for 4 years. When I tried to register him for this years after school program he informed me I was too late because they were full. My question is, where is his customer loyalty? I've never had a problem with him before so there was no reason for him not to want my son back. On a completely different note, my wife found his facility a bit unclean, disorganized, and unstructured. I got injured there by some arrogant guy who barely even talked to me the months I was there, he wanted to use me for twisting and really hurt my wrist, i think it was on purpose. I have heard from others that they got injured there and there are a lot of injuries there and it's just not fun or a nice place to train. It feels more like high school, too much gossip and playing favourits. For christs sake why does someone not shut this school down, it's pathetic.

From the same instructors, I've seen them effectively engage children while being able to challenge older and more advanced students, often even within the same class. Having taken multiple classes of different levels with the same instructors, I can confidently say that they constantly try to teach us more and implement new methods of teaching. I've been around long enough to see the different dynamics between different mini 'generations' of students; most of which have been incredibly positive. The instructors have been able to foster a welcoming environment, and the students have done well to keep it that way.
