Tuesday came and went, no pickup. I called, I emailed, I left voicemails. To make a long and frustrating story short, after almost a month of paid service, my trash can had been emptied once, and that required 2 emails and 2 phone calls. Other cans are being serviced on my street and we are skipped? Unless you have plenty of time you'd like to spend going back and forth with a trash service, I'd suggest another company. I'm waiting for my refund and if I don't get it, I'll be reporting them to the state. I'm fed up.
