Ashley, who helped me get it scheduled over the phone, couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant. The three gentlemen they sent (Ryan, Oscar, and Vaquavious) were stupendous! True professionals, absolute pleasures to work with, and had the garage emptied so quickly I couldn't believe it. I moved from Athens, downsizing to a much smaller house. I had house goods, lots of children's clothes, toys, books, small appliances, a huge China cabinet, bed frames, etc. Alot of good things that could find life in a new home. There were some things that were just junk. They also grabbed some outside items that needed to go, without question. Jessie gave me a quote, and Jessie & Tyler came by to pick it up. I had contacted Junk South last minute to pickup a couple of large items that I was sure Goodwill and Habitat wouldn't take (a media center and a desk with hutch). Not only were the junk removal specialists able to come early, but they were extremely courteous, efficient, and expert in their removal. The specialists had to detach the hutch from the desk, and the gentleman was careful not to drop the small nails from the secured backing that had to be removed. Let me start by saying that from the first encounter with Junk South to the endpoint was great and easy. So Jeremiah came out to quote me; he was early for our quote appointment, which is a plus, he was able to give me a decent quote for two different jobs, and when I texted him later with questions, he answered them all quickly and with ease. I had a new bed delivered and paid for the old one to be hauled away. When the delivery drivers came, they refused to take it, which left a king size bed and base in our front yard. Great company to work with. We had just finally finished renovating my mother's house but couldn't get to the landfill or recycle due to illness. I heard of Junk South through Nextdoor. I got an estimate online, scheduled them online, got a confirmation of appointment online. They showed up the next day when they said they would, finished the removal in 15 minutes like they said, and everything was gone and cleaned up. They even took used motor oil. I requested an estimate online and the next morning I received a call to get the details of my job. The men arrived within 20 minutes of my call and they set right to work. They followed my directions, they got everything, they didn't leave a mess, and they were professional. Our experience was efficient and easy. I made a call and that afternoon our junk was gone! A big draw was that they keep as much as possible out of the landfill.
