The quality of his work was very professional and my front porch looks presentable again. Jeff has special skills that added to the overall great quality. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. The floor looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier. It took about a week to wrap up the job. After the install, we had a few questions about care and feeding of the new floor, and Jake was prompt with the info we needed. He even stopped by a couple of times while he was in our area to see if we had any questions or concerns. The thing is, we have a gap in our hardwood. We'd hoped to patch it with the same kind of wood, or something similar enough that it wouldn't stand out *too* much if we filled in the gap. The problem? We didn't know what kind of wood it was. D'oh. Here, this Lumber Liquidators was awesome. We came in, asked about their "scrap" wood (because we only needed two square feet, tops) and to see if they could identify the wood from a loose piece. They immediately recognized what kind it was, and were very informative about their scrap flooring. In the end, they didn't have what we needed. But they were quick, polite, and efficient in answering all of our questions and hearing what we wanted/needed. They told us about their products and services, answered our questions, and let us check out the inventory a bit. No hard sell, not even a second's hesitation - they were great. I will be back when we need to re-floor something larger, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking at flooring!
