In 2024, I spent about $20,000 with PI Roofing on a new roof and fascia repair. Within six months an area where they replaced the fascia detached from my house. This spring my roof has a leak. During the quote phase, they told me they'd haul off an old TV antenna. (It is still here). After the job was finished there were roofing materials left in my driveway. (I had to call to get those picked up). When I signed this contract, my Dad made fun of me for spending so much. I thought it would be worth it because of the warranty. I was even excited about the promised roof checkup they provide free in the first year. It turns out you will not get the free checkup unless you demand it. And the warranty doesn't cover all that much. I have dealt with some very nice people at this company and have avoided writing a negative review for quite some time, but the bottom line is I cannot recommend this company. I have to believe there are better roofing businesses in the area. read more

Everyone with whom we worked at P.I. Roofing on getting our new roof installed was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Unlike other contractors we reached out to for estimates, at no time did P.I. Roofing try to pull anything. They seemed genuinely honest and eager to make sure we fully understood the process, potential pitfalls (e.g., that some decking under the shingles might need to be replaced, given the age of the house itself), and the pros and cons of different options we selected. They didn't try to toot their own horn by discussing reviews from others about their business, and I think this is because they don't feel the need, as people who are above board in their dealings tend to let their actions speak for themselves. The roof replacement itself went very quickly and very smoothly. We didn't need to do a thing ourselves, and they worked so hard and so quickly during the roof replacement that we decided to treat the whole installation crew to BBQ for lunch, because they were just plain great folks. The quality of their work and the resulting roof were top-notch. I especially want to give a shout-out to Matthew Hill and Justin Baldwin, who made the estimate process, job planning, and overall execution of everything very straightforward and easy, without any unpleasant surprises. Even with all of these praises, I still feel I can't adequately describe how good the experience was from start to finish. I can very easily and very highly recommend P.I. Roofing. read more

Want to be scammed? Want them to try to kill your dogs? Want them to randomly show up 5 months later and get on your roof because they are incompetent and went to the wrong house? This is your roofing company! They left nails ALL over our property that took us days to clean up! Horrible communication - never knew when they were going to show up. Left their materials in our driveway for days. Told us they were done with the new roof, but they didn't fix the leak/chimney cap that was what necessitated the whole new roof to begin with. Then when we finally forced them to fix it, the chimney was magically a completely different color! Then today showed up 5 months later and started crawling on our roof and said they had to "fix" something. Um, excuse me?! Finally got some random explanation that their system sent them to the wrong place. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST RIGHT HERE! read more

Had an appointment to have a roofing inspection and gutters cleaned. Received a text tech was on his way two hours before the scheduled appointment. He never showed up. When I called the office to inquire if the tech was coming to do the work, she stated her records indicated the work had been completed. She rudely stated she would check with the tech and call me back. She never called back. After investigating, I found the tech had cleaned my neighbor's gutters and charged me for the service. I spoke with the president, Mr Johnson who offered no explanation and no apology. I advise all to avoid this poorly organized company with rude, confused employees read more

I believe in second chances but neither chance was correct. I hired PIR to repair two separate leaks to the roof of my employer. I am the Operations manager. In both occurrences I was overcharged. I was able to have the first one resolved and I am working on having the second charge corrected now, but the first repair was never actually repaired as I ended up making the repair myself. The second chance the hole was repaired but instead of the quoted new metal panel being installed, an 8"x8" piece of cloth was used with (Gaco) latex sealant ($300 to patch nickel sized hole with cloth and latex). I was assured three times that the invoicing would be correct, since they were deviating from the signed quote, but it was not. I was still invoiced for the metal panel. I will once again make this repair myself. Their is a disconnect from what the sales/office quote and what the operations team actually do. It appears that the operations team are on their own mission separated from management. *Update I received the updated pricing to reflect the change in repair methods but no apology. Nothing to communicate that they recognized that they had provided poor service twice and inaccurately overcharged me twice. Beware. read more

No complaints. They did our roof and siding. Our home looks good now. They did have a delay due to a staffing issue but that happens, they owned their mistake and finished the jobs. I would recommend you give them a look when you need roof or siding. read more

Items found by home inspector but not by PI (or ignored).After three inspections and maintenance I had to pay out of pocket to have corrected by other contractor so I could close on the house. We are very disappointed in them as we try to give Christian businesses work. Apparently the almighty dollar is more important than customer satisfaction. Items included trash in gutter and broken shingle, as well as problems with flashing . PI disavowed saying it was "nonsense stuff", even though the roof was still under "warranty". Will not use for any future needs. read more

P.I. Roofing pulled my roof off the day we had a major flash flood warning and electrical storm (The National Weather Service has the storm documented on their website.). It was a major nightmare and long story. After months of arguing, the owner came through and contributed to repairs. They also offered free annual inspection which was nice. read more

Just an additional comment regarding our new roof. After three days of rain, I discovered a tiny drip in our back porch (flat roof) I notified PI Roofing, they responded promptly & sent John out to check on it.
