They also have no problem with the AAA and AARP discounts that UPS stores are supposed to offer. At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! This location adds it on cheerfully and promptly, and doesn't treat me like a liar when I mention it! That doesn't sound hard but it's a big thing when you've had the opposite experience.
