Terrible. Will never use this store again. I had a package shipped here to hold for pickup because…read moreit was an expensive item and I was not going to be available to have it shipped directly to my home. When I set up the shipping, I was told by UPS that the "Hold for Pickup" fee would be $5. When I arrived at the location in Kearns, they demanded a $50 fee from me and refused to give me my package until I paid it. Basically, they extorted $50 from me by threatening to send my package back to the sender unless I paid the unanticipated fee. Because the shipping fee was $400, I had no choice but to pay them. They got their money, but it will be the last time I ever use their services.
