We booked with a large group and several of the group members felt that they were treated rudely by her. She was incredibly hard to get ahold of through both email and phone call. We contacted her several times through email and by phone about her using an incorrect email address for us that she never did correct. When our flights were canceled due to weather we were not helped by the office. We were informed that they could not help us with anything due to the trip being within 24hrs. We where directed to a phone service that we were on hold with for 4.5 hrs. After an hour of hold I called the agency office back to ask about cancellation policies and refunds for days missed and they informed me that they couldn't help with any changes and that I would have to wait on the phone like everyone else and they didn't have a magic button to push us through in line. The online service took so long our original airline was already booked full and we had to pay extra to fly with a different airline. We were also told that we would have to pay a penalty fee for missing a day at the resort due to weather, even though weather was out of our control. Overall we were very upset and would advise against anyone else using this agent or agency!

4 months before a booked tour we received life changing news that makes it impossible to go on the…read morethe tour. Triple bypass surgery will prevent us from our participation in the upcoming tour. So we called to canceled with a 4 month notice, and this company has no compasión or heart. It's all about their bottom line, They said we are keeping your $2,000 deposit. They have plenty of time to rebook someone on their waiting list, but they would just as soon profit off from others suffering. I would not recommend ever traveling with a company with no heart. (Oh No! What could we do to improve.) Refund the funds to help pay for their medical treatment and rebook from your waiting list! It's not your money nor do you lose anything 4 months out from a booking!
